Sitting all day is silently wrecking your body. Stiff neck, tight shoulders, low back pain, tired eyes — you know the feeling. PauseFit helps you break the cycle with intentional movement breaks woven into your workday. Set your work hours, choose how often you want to move, and PauseFit handles the rest. When it's time, you get a gentle reminder with a guided exercise — stretch, breathe, strengthen, or simply reset your posture. Each break takes 30 seconds to 5 minutes. No gym required. No equipment needed. SMART BREAK SCHEDULING Configure your break intervals to match your workflow. Set your work hours, skip lunch automatically, and let PauseFit calculate the perfect rhythm. A beautiful countdown ring shows exactly when your next break arrives. BUILD YOUR ROUTINE Combine exercises and a schedule into a routine that fits your day. Choose from curated presets or build your own from scratch. One active routine runs at a time — simple, focused, effective. EXERCISE LIBRARY Browse a curated bank of exercises targeting neck, shoulders, back, wrists, legs, and eyes. Each exercise includes clear instructions, duration, intensity level, and body-part targeting. Add your own custom exercises too. BREAK NEGOTIATION In the middle of something? Postpone your break by 5, 15, or 30 minutes. Swap to a quicker exercise. Or activate Busy Mode to pause reminders for 1 to 8 hours. PauseFit adapts to your day, not the other way around. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS See your completed sessions, streaks, and weekly activity at a glance. Track your completion rate over time and watch your consistency grow. PauseFit also tracks how often you negotiate breaks — so you can stay honest with yourself. DESIGNED TO DISAPPEAR PauseFit follows a "metabolic stillness" design philosophy — warm minimalism, generous space, and calm typography. The app feels like a deep breath, not another notification fighting for your attention. FEATURES • Customizable break intervals and work hours • Guided exercises: stretching, strength, posture, breathing • Curated exercise bank with body-part targeting • AI routine generation from natural language prompts • Full-screen exercise timer with play/pause/skip • Break negotiation: postpone, swap, or go busy • Daily, weekly, and lifetime statistics • Streak tracking and completion rates • Dark mode and light mode • English and French localization • Haptic feedback on interactions • No account required — works offline WHO IT'S FOR Remote workers, office workers, developers, designers, writers — anyone who spends hours at a desk and wants to feel better at the end of the day. Your body sends you signals all day. PauseFit helps you listen.

FeelGood: Movement Menu is a dopamine menu based companion app. Whether you have a busy mind, a busy schedule, or simply cannot plan workouts, this app is for you. FeelGood is here to support you, with sessions tailored to your life and mood. Borrowed from the dopamine menu, an idea popular in ADHD communities. Instead of a to-do list that asks you to decide everything, you get a short menu of pre-chosen options at different effort levels. Follows a familiar meal structure: an Appetizer for a small start, a Main, optional Sides, and a Dessert for movement you enjoy. Rest is a valid choice too. Every recommendation comes with a plain-language reason, so you're never wondering why something was picked. Open it and tell it how you want to feel today, and how long you've got. Anything to go easy on, or where you are, is there if you want it and skippable if you don't. Get today's menu: one main thing, a couple of small things, and a two-minute option for the days that are a lot. After each session, the app asks how it felt. The menu, every day: • Appetizer: a two-minute option, always there, never optional-feeling • Main: one real session. ex. Pilates, qigong, strength, a walk, a run, a ride • Sides: five minutes that pairs with what you're already doing • Dessert: purely for the joy of it, and it counts just as much • Specials: the ones worth planning for, surfaced ahead of time Over 200 sessions, from two-minute breathing resets to strength, stretching, Pilates, walking, running, dance and more. Every step is narrated, so you can put your phone down and follow along, and breathing sessions pace you with gentle haptics. Mute the voice whenever you like. Make it yours. Swap anything on the menu, hide what you never want to see again, and build your own routines to come back to. Miss two weeks and FeelGood doesn't guilt you. It just gives you something small, not a broken streak to feel bad about. Every recommendation says why, in plain language. The engine that builds your menu runs on your phone. Nothing about your body, your check-ins, or your notes needs to leave it. FeelGood is for anyone who's downloaded and deleted four fitness apps, because each one asked you to become a different person with more free time than you have. Open FeelGood. Let today's menu decide for you. FEELGOOD PRO (OPTIONAL) Today's menu works for free. Pro adds a menu that learns from how each session felt, unlimited Chat, where you describe your day in your own words and get suggestions or a routine built around it, and optional Calendar context, read on your device, to plan around your day. Chat asks your permission before any message leaves your device. Build routines through chat. FeelGood Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Prices, and any free trial you're eligible for, are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. FeelGood offers general wellness and movement suggestions only. It is not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise routine.
