Statik helps you build strength and learn impressive calisthenics skills using only your bodyweight. Whether you're starting with pull-ups and push-ups or working toward muscle-up, back lever, pistol squat, and V-sit, the app guides you with clear progressions so you can train at your own level, at home or anywhere, no gym required. HOW IT WORKS Every skill is broken into progressions. You complete workouts made of sets and reps (or holds) for each exercise. Unlock the next level when you hit your targets. Statik tells you what to do, how to do it, and how to progress without guessing. WHAT YOU GET • Step-by-step progressions from beginner to advanced for each skill • Technique descriptions and execution tips for every exercise • Instructional videos demonstrating movements and progressions • Built-in warm-up and stretching so you train safely • Workout history and progress tracking so you see your improvement over time • Skills like Muscle-Up, Back Lever, Pistol Squat, and V-Sit, all with no equipment Statik is built for people who want to get stronger and learn calisthenics properly: clear structure, no fluff, progress you can see.

Put your phone down at night. Get up in the morning. UpUp helps you scroll less at bedtime and get up with a wake-up task. Daily bedtime reminders are free, and PRO can block the apps and websites that distract you. Choose tasks that get your mind or body moving as you wake up. ■ LESS SCROLLING, MORE TIME TO REST Give your evening scrolling a clear stopping point. Set a daily bedtime reminder, then use PRO to block the apps and websites that keep you scrolling. Blocking starts 30 minutes after your bedtime reminder and ends at your wake time. On mornings without an alarm, UpUp uses your usual repeating wake-up alarm time. Daily reminders and optional strong reminders are free, including on weekends and holidays. Stop strong reminders from the Lock Screen. ■ START YOUR MORNING WITH PUSH-UPS (PRO) Get moving as you get up. For the push-up task, place your iPhone flat on the floor with the screen facing up, then complete the set number of reps to finish the task. The front TrueDepth camera counts your push-ups automatically. No photos or videos are saved. Requires an iPhone with a TrueDepth camera and camera access. ■ FOUR FREE WAKE-UP TASKS Choose a way to get your mind or body going: • Math — solve a few problems to get your mind working. • Memory — remember a pattern and tap it back. • Shake — shake your phone to complete the challenge. • Scan — scan a QR code or barcode kept away from your bed. Unlimited alarms, weekly repeats and streak tracking are free. With PRO, combine up to three tasks in one alarm. ■ PLAN AHEAD FOR IMPORTANT DATES Set a one-time alarm for a specific date. Plan ahead for a parent’s or partner’s birthday with time for a gift and a birthday message. Wake up for an early flight, or leave time to prepare for an important interview. ■ SYSTEM ALARMS, EVEN IN SILENT MODE UpUp uses iOS 26 system alarms that can ring on the Lock Screen, in Silent mode and during Focus. Alarm access is required, and your iPhone must be powered on. Ordinary bedtime notifications follow your system sound and Focus settings. ■ STOCK MARKET OPEN REMINDERS Stay on schedule for U.S., Hong Kong and China A-share market opens. UpUp handles exchange trading calendars, time zones and U.S. daylight saving time automatically. Optional strong reminders can be stopped from the Lock Screen. ■ UpUp PRO & SUBSCRIPTIONS PRO unlocks bedtime app and website blocking, automatic push-up counting, and alarms with up to three tasks.
