Stacks
Read full descriptionHide full description
Stacks brings calorie tracking and strength training together in one app. It opens on today: how your calories and macros stand against the targets you set, so you see where the day stands as soon as you open it. Adding food is a few taps. Search the OpenFoodFacts database or look up a barcode, create your own foods when you need to, and save a meal you eat often as a recipe to add it again in one tap. If you miss a day, you can still add meals to past dates so the history stays accurate. For training, build your own workout templates or start a session and add exercises as you go, and with Stacks Pro lay those templates out over a week, rest days and all. Weight and reps are recorded with input modes for total load, per side, per dumbbell or bodyweight, with a rest timer between sets. Every session is kept in a full history, with personal records and per-exercise progress. Body weight and measurements are recorded over time, with body weight shown as a 30-day trend. Each week, a review brings the period together: average calories per day, weight change, training volume and number of sessions. Daily targets are calculated from your sex, activity level and goal, whether you are cutting, maintaining or bulking, and optional reminders prompt you to weigh in, add the day's meals and check the weekly review. You can export your data at any time, or delete your account and all its data in one step. Stacks Pro is an optional subscription. It unlocks unlimited meal photo and receipt scans, training programs that lay your workout templates out over a week, rest days included, and a suggested weight and rep count for your next set, based on your own training history; every other feature works without it. It comes as a monthly or an annual plan, with a free trial for new subscribers, and renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The price for your region is shown in the app before any purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple account. Terms: https://usestacks.app/terms
