About

Strideloft

Build a staged cadence session with optional audible cues, track active stage time and keep an honest record of completed or shortened sessions. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Sessions, name a plan and set each stage’s duration and target steps per minute. 2. Start the session. Turn audible cues on when useful and pause as needed. Leaving the foreground pauses the session. 3. Finish or end early, add an outcome note, save the actual stage timing and share the report. Existing run tracking, history and tools remain available. Cadence Sessions works independently of motion permission and preserves the configured plan alongside actual elapsed stage time. WHAT TO KNOW Target cadence is a cue, not a measured step count or exercise prescription. Use Run for sensor measurements. Up to 12 stages, 10 repeats and three hours per session. Audible cues stop when paused. Keep up to 50 plans and 200 results. iPhone and iPad.
