3 seconds from thought to task. Type it or say it, and PopTask figures out the rest. PopTask is the AI to do list, planner and task manager for iPhone and iPad. Now with Pop, a voice assistant who plans your day with you. MEET POP Talk your day through and Pop plans it with you. He knows your week and the times you usually do things, so his suggestions fit your day. He turns what you said into tasks on a card and adds them only when you say yes. Tap Talk to Pop at the top of the app, or open him from Control Center, the Action Button or Siri. Pop is a separate subscription that includes everything in Pro, and uses a third-party AI service while you talk to him. He speaks the language the app is set to. JUST TYPE. POPTASK FIGURES IT OUT. Write "email the deck to Sarah tomorrow at 9", "dentist next Friday at 2pm" or "gym mon wed fri 6am" and PopTask finds the title, the date, the time and the repeat on its own. Names stay intact. Messy shorthand still works. No date pickers, no forms. IT LEARNS HOW YOU WORK Correct a suggested time once and PopTask remembers it for that kind of task, separately for weekdays and weekends. It learns your shorthand and your usual typos, and leaves a name it does not know exactly as you typed it. A CLEARER TODAY Your next task sits on top with Snooze right there. Overdue tasks get their own block, and the rest of your day is grouped into morning, afternoon, evening and tonight. SYNCS BOTH WAYS Your tasks sync across iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own iCloud. Apple Reminders, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook sync both ways: move or delete an event and the task follows, add an event to your PopTask calendar and it becomes a task. Your tasks show up in Apple Calendar too. ALWAYS AT HAND Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, a live countdown in the Dynamic Island, a control in Control Center, the Share Sheet in any app, and Siri and Shortcuts to add, complete or find tasks. EVERYTHING ELSE - Dictation that runs on your device and never leaves your iPhone - AI breakdown that splits a big task into steps, next to your own steps - Recurring tasks: daily, weekly, monthly, chosen weekdays or custom intervals - Several reminders per task, and a morning summary of what is due today - Snooze in plain words, like "Friday 3pm" or "in 2 hours" - Your own lists, and a grid that lights up the days you got things done - In English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Dutch, French, Italian, Japanese and Spanish PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your tasks sync through your own iCloud, which PopTask never sees. Dictation stays on your device. No account. No tracking. No ads. FREE, PRO AND POP PopTask is free forever for up to 3 active tasks. Pro removes the limit and unlocks your own lists, monthly, yearly or with a one time lifetime purchase. Pop is a separate monthly subscription that includes everything in Pro, with 60 minutes of conversation a month. Eligible new subscribers get the first week free, with 20 minutes to try him. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage them in your App Store account settings. About

TaskTracker

Features

TaskTracker is a to-do list for people who have several things on the go at once. Break a big thing into steps, and those steps into smaller ones — nesting has no limit. Ticking a parent ticks off everything under it, so finished work tidies itself away. WHAT IT DOES • Tasks inside tasks — as deep as you like, from a project down to a single phone call. • Deadlines and reminders — set a date and time on a card or on one item. The server sends the reminder, so it reaches your phone even for something you typed on a computer. • Works with no signal — the whole list lives on your phone. Edits save instantly and merge themselves once you are back online. Nothing gets overwritten. • The same everywhere — phone and browser show the same thing. Change one and the other has it. • Attachments on cards — a receipt, a photo, a contract, kept with the task it belongs to. • WIP — mark a task that's under way or waiting on someone else as WIP. The card shows at a glance how many of those you have. • Dictation — tap the microphone and say the task instead of typing it. • An archive, not a bin — finished items stay struck through until the end of the day, then move to the archive with the date you finished them. You can always bring them back. • Light and dark, following your system. • Czech and English. YOUR ACCOUNT An e-mail address and a password is all it takes. No name, no phone number, no payment details. You can delete your account from inside the app and the data leaves the server immediately. PRIVACY No adverts, no analytics, no tracking. We do not sell your tasks and we do not read them. The app runs on our own server in the Czech Republic and the data is backed up daily. FREE The app is free, with no adverts and no in-app purchases.
