Sundee Fundee is a free, private strength training app for women who lift, with workouts that adapt to your period, recovery, pain, energy, and equipment. BUILD A COACH PLAN Choose your time, focus, energy, and equipment. Sundee Fundee builds a Coach Plan with exercises, sets, reps, rest, and suggested substitutions, whether you train in a full gym, with dumbbells, with kettlebells, with resistance bands, or at home. CYCLE AND PERIOD CONTEXT Track periods, view cycle phase estimates, and get workout guidance that may adjust volume, intensity, and exercise selection based on your logged menstrual cycle and available Health data. HealthKit permissions are optional, and the app still works without Apple Health access. STRUCTURED STRENGTH PROGRAMS Follow strength programs with clear sessions and built-in progression. Use programs when you want structure, or build a one-off workout when you need flexibility. RECOVERY AND PAIN TOOLS Log pain, track recovery context, and use pain-aware exercise swaps to keep training practical. Sundee Fundee is a fitness tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat injuries. PROGRESS TRACKING Track one-rep maxes, barbell lifts, benchmarks, PRs, weekly workouts, training volume, and challenge progress. See what is improving without digging through spreadsheets or paper notes. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Continue as a guest for local storage, or sign in with Apple to sync your workouts, maxes, cycle logs, and progress with iCloud. There are no ads and all features are free. Ferrum

Strength training built around your cycle. Because the best athletes don't ignore their biology — they train with it. —— TRAIN WITH YOUR CYCLE, NOT DESPITE IT Your hormones are the most underused performance tool in women's fitness. Ferrum tracks your Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal phases and uses them to drive every recommendation — from load adjustments to rest guidance to when to attempt a PR. —— GUIDED WORKOUTS THAT ACTUALLY ADAPT Follow a step-by-step guided session or log freely in manual mode. Navigate exercises like a playlist — skip ahead, go back, track each set individually with different weights and reps. Your workout saves as you go, so nothing is ever lost. —— KNOW WHEN TO PUSH. KNOW WHEN TO RECOVER. Ferrum's progressive overload engine monitors your performance history and your cycle to flag peak strength windows automatically. When your body is primed for a personal best, Ferrum tells you. When it needs recovery, Ferrum tells you that too. —— BUILT FOR WOMEN WHO LIFT Not a wellness app. Not a step counter. Ferrum is a serious training tool — weekly splits, PR tracking, progress photos tied to your cycle phase, and coaching that understands your biology. Your body has a rhythm. Train like it.
