Two goals, one daily habit. integratedHER is built for women working on both halves at once: how you feel, and how you look. One short daily check-in records your habits of life — sleep, stress, energy, mood, digestion, hydration and your cycle — alongside what you see in your skin, hair and nails. The app counts it back to you as clear, dated patterns. No photos, ever. YOUR DATA AND YOUR PATTERNS ARE FREE Every pattern the app finds is yours: named, with how strong it is and how many days it rests on. So are your Glow Check ratings and trend, your cycle and skin counts, and your full change history. You never pay to see your own record. WHAT YOU FEEL, BESIDE WHAT YOU SEE Two minutes a day covers the wellness side and the aesthetic side together, because one often helps explain the other. A MONTHLY GLOW CHECK Once a month, about twenty seconds. Rate the things that move over months rather than days — tone, pores, fine lines, firmness, lips, under-eyes, hydration and skin below the neck. Month by month you see where each one moved, without a camera. CYCLE AND SKIN See which skin and hair signals turn up in the second half of your cycle, counted cycle by cycle from your own logs. LOG WHAT CHANGED Record a new skincare product, a supplement or an aesthetic treatment. Its result is asked at your next Glow Check, once there has been time to see one. TWO REPORTS YOU CAN TAKE IN My Visit Notes: the questions you want to ask, in your words, with what you have been experiencing and what you are seeing. The Aesthetic Provider Report: your priorities, your top patterns, your skincare and your Glow Check, counted and dated. Export either one as a PDF or as text. CREATED BY A NURSE integratedHER was built by a 25-year nurse and aesthetic specialist, so women could walk into an appointment with a record instead of a memory. It is free to use for any woman who wants personalized patterns for her wellness and aesthetic goals. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your check-ins are yours. We never sell your data or use it for advertising, and you can delete it at any time. WHAT PREMIUM ADDS Free gives you the data, the trends and the patterns. Premium gives you the analysis: what each pattern means, what to try next, the full weekly assessment every week, and both provider reports. Premium is $19.99 per month or $79.99 per year. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. integratedHER is for general wellness only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Always talk with your healthcare provider before making changes. Ebb

Hormones don't run on a schedule — so why do period apps pretend they do? Ebb is a symptom and cycle tracker for the hormonal stages other apps skip: PCOS, postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause. Log how today felt, mark the days that matter, track HRT or other doses, and see an honest RANGE for your cycle instead of a fake-precise date that falls apart the moment your body doesn't cooperate. Irregularity is normal here. It's not a bug in your body, and it's not a bug in the app. WHO EBB IS FOR • PCOS — irregular cycles, fatigue, mood and sleep, logged alongside your own triggers so you can see which ones come up most. • Postpartum — night sweats, sleep, mood and the return of your cycle, in the months when nobody is measuring anything. • Perimenopause & menopause — hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, joint pain, plus HRT reminders with application-site rotation. • Not sure yet — that is a valid answer. Start logging; the pattern names itself. WHY EBB • Honest ranges, not false predictions. Other apps silently push your "due date" forward when you don't log a period, or just give up and hide the prediction entirely. Ebb shows a range based on the cycles you log and explains why it's a range. • HRT reminders that fit how you take it. Set a schedule for a patch, gel, oral tablet, cream, injection, pessary or hormonal coil, get a reminder when the next dose is due, and follow a suggested application-site rotation. Tap Taken and the dose is added to your history. • See your own pattern. After three days of logging, Trends shows your most frequent symptom and how the last 7 days have been trending — free. Ebb Pro adds your full history, your HRT doses listed next to your symptom trend, and a count of the triggers you log most often (caffeine, alcohol, stress, poor sleep). • A doctor visit report (Pro). Generate a PDF summary of your average symptom scores, logged HRT doses and notes — built for the appointment that's never long enough. • Home & Lock Screen widgets and an Apple Watch complication for your next dose — free. • No account, no ads. Your log is stored on your device — Ebb keeps no copy on a server. Nearly 40% of women say they were misdiagnosed while seeking care for perimenopause — often treated for anxiety or depression instead of investigated for the hormonal cause. For a third of women with PCOS, a diagnosis takes more than two years and three or more doctors. Bring real data to your next appointment. Free: daily logging, your cycle range, one HRT schedule with reminders, widgets and your first pattern in Trends. Ebb Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) that adds your full history, your HRT dose list alongside your symptom trend, the trigger breakdown, the doctor visit PDF and unlimited HRT schedules. Where a free trial is offered, the length and the price that follows are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Account Settings.
