Odozi (like odyssey, get it?) is a roughly two-minute-a-day journal for your mental wellbeing. This was built because I personally wasn't great at finding the time to journal in the way that I want to journal. Mainly, the app is focused on mood, sleep, gratitude, a daily win, a source of tension, a free journal, and a couple other data points. This entry should be low-friction even on the busiest of days. In the background, Odozi will capture context from your day (your neighborhood, steps, walking distance, sleep, and screen time) so each entry is already half-filled by the time you open the app. Over time, Odozi turns those small daily check-ins into something you can actually look at: * Mood trend charts that show how you've been feeling across weeks and months * A map with color-coded pins so you can see where your best - and worst - days happened * An analytics view so you can spot unseen correlations between any two data points * A Spotify-Wrapped-style Year in Review you can share * A word cloud built from your own journal entries The app is private by design. There are no accounts and no third party tracking. It will remain that way. Your entries live on your device and nowhere else. Location, HealthKit, and Screen Time access are all optional - the journal works without any of them. Furthermore, if you do want syncing across devices, you can enable iCloud sync in the Profile tab. This will sync your journal across your iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac using Apple's secure CloudKit service.

Most habit apps want you to quit. Bads just wants to help you understand yourself. Log what happened, when, and where - in a simple conversation that takes seconds. Over time, Bads finds the patterns you couldn't see yourself: the Friday mornings, the commute home, the specific places where certain habits tend to show up. And when a tough moment hits, Bads is ready. It surfaces strategies that have helped others in the same situation: breathing techniques, physical resets, harm reduction tips. Tailored to your habits, available right when you need them. No streaks to break. No shame. Just awareness, and the tools to do something with it. What Bads does: - Conversational logging - quick, calm, no forms - Pattern detection - In-the-moment coping strategies and guides - Curated reading from trusted health sources - Works for alcohol, tobacco, weed, gambling, and more Progress isn't always a straight line. Bads meets you where you are.
