Alke is a fast, native workout tracker that plans your training, guides you set by set, and shows your progress in beautiful detail — all offline, all on your iPhone. BUILD YOUR ROUTINES • Create routines from scratch, start from a preset, or let the routine wizard build one around your goal, equipment and time. • Organize supersets, reorder with a drag, and schedule routines across your week. • Browse a library of over a thousand exercises with images, technique video, and an interactive muscle map. Filter by equipment, muscle group, or category. TRAIN WITHOUT FRICTION • A focused workout screen walks you through every set, with automatic rest timers and clear next-up prompts. • Adjust weight, reps or sets on the fly. Tap any weight to read it in kg or lb — handy when the machine in front of you is labelled the other way. • Follow your workout on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a Live Activity that shows the set you're on and counts your rest down at a glance. • Sounds, haptics and keep-screen-on are all yours to toggle. TRAIN FROM YOUR WRIST • The Apple Watch app shows the set you're on, its weight and reps, and how far through the workout you are. • A rest countdown that keeps running with your arm down, and a tap on your wrist the moment the pause is over. • Log what you actually lifted: finish a set and correct the weight or reps with the Digital Crown. • Start a routine from your watch and your iPhone picks it up, even from your bag. ALSO ON GARMIN • Pair a compatible Garmin watch and run the same workout from it: the set you're on, its weight and reps, a rest countdown, and how far through you are. • Start a routine, finish a set, and correct what you actually lifted — all from the wrist. • Choose what the watch shows you. Four data fields, picked from heart rate, elapsed and active time, sets done and sets left, volume, total reps, load against your plan, and more. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Weekly history with a calendar heatmap and per-session summaries, including a muscle heatmap and smart recommendations for next time. • Seven report types powered by charts: volume, estimated 1RM, personal records, muscle balance and more. • A profile "training dossier" — total tonnage, a contribution grid, an all-time muscle heatmap, and your PR podium. BUILT FOR iOS • Save workouts to Apple Health and pull in your body weight. • Home and Lock Screen widgets in Alke's own typeface. • Start a workout with Siri and Shortcuts. • Private iCloud backup of your routines, history, settings and reports, with restore on a new device. • Share a workout card to your favorite apps. • Available in English, Romanian and Russian. No account required. No ads. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to back it up to your private iCloud.
