Pause first. Notice what you need. Choose with kindness. Snack Pause is an app that helps you pause before eating snacks, sweets, desserts, late-night food, or other foods that may feel hard to stop eating once you start. It is especially useful when you may not be physically hungry, but still feel pulled toward food because of stress, loneliness, boredom, sadness, tiredness, or a sudden craving. Before you eat, Snack Pause guides you through a simple and gentle self-check. The goal is not to blame you, judge your food choices, or force you to quit snacks. Instead, it helps create a small space between urge and action, so you can ask: Am I physically hungry? Do I need comfort, rest, connection, soothing, or just a short pause? Version 1.2 adds a deeper pause-and-support experience. Snack Pause is no longer just a tracking tool.
