Your training, adjusted to how you actually recovered. IntervalCoach is an AI training coach for cyclists, runners, triathletes, trail runners and Hyrox athletes. It reads 60+ recovery signals, including HRV, sleep, sleep debt, training load and how you feel, and adjusts today's session when the data calls for it. When you are ready, the plan stands. When you are not, it changes and tells you why. TODAY FIRST Open the app and today comes first: your readiness, a coach's outlook and today's session. Next to readiness, a focus tile shows the one thing that matters most right now: a race this week, a health signal, the session you just finished, a load spike, or how your week is going. WHAT YOU GET - Daily readiness from HRV, sleep, resting heart rate, form and training load - Workouts that adapt to your recovery, with power, pace or heart rate targets - A training plan built toward your goal event, with phases and weekly targets - Coach+, a conversational coach that knows your training and can adjust your plan - Race Recon: the climbs, pacing and fuelling of your race course - Post-workout analysis, with what you actually did next to the plan - Signals grouped by recovery, sleep, HRV, load and body - Cycling, running, trail running, triathlon, swimming, strength, walking and hiking, with bike-to-run bricks - Training for a Hyrox: your plan builds the running and strength work the race asks for - Weekly summaries, monthly progress reports and a home-screen widget - Clubs with a shared feed and fair leaderboards FOR COACHES With the Coach Plan, a coach gets a roster sorted by who needs attention, one inbox for approvals and a view of the whole squad. WORKS WITH Apple Health, Apple Watch, Garmin, Wahoo, Polar, Coros, Suunto, Zwift, Whoop and Oura. PRICING 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Pro, €3/month: adaptive workouts, your plan four weeks ahead and 20 Coach+ messages a month. Max, €8/month: everything in Pro, plus eight weeks ahead, 200 Coach+ messages and performance benchmarks. About

HealthPit

Features

HealthPit reads your health data from Apple Health, lays it out clearly, and syncs it straight to your own Home Assistant — without a detour via anyone else's servers. YOUR AREAS Activity, heart, sleep, body, nutrition and vitals on a home screen you arrange yourself: move tiles, resize them, hide the ones you don't want. TRAINING Every sport with the figures actually recorded — duration, distance, pace, calories, heart rate, volume, sets, reps. Anything without data is left out rather than shown as an empty tile. Up to three figures can be compared in one chart. Plus personal records across every sport, manual workouts, and import from GPX and TCX. PAIN AND INJURIES A calendar that colours every day a complaint covered — not just the day it was entered. A two-week strain reads as two weeks. Anything you note during a workout turns up here on its own. DIARY For complaints that come in episodes: headache, migraine, panic attacks, dizziness, asthma, allergies. With severity, duration, the symptoms alongside and the possible triggers — and whether a medication helped. HealthPit shows you what comes up most often. That is the reason anyone keeps such a diary at all. EQUIPMENT Shoes, bike, and whatever else collects kilometres. From a date you set, a piece falls to the matching workouts on its own; a single workout can be assigned differently. Individual parts — chain, brake pads, tyres, insoles — carry their own intervals: by distance, by time, or by both, whichever comes first. CYCLE History, bleeding and symptoms, documented discreetly and written back. HOME ASSISTANT Values, workouts and goals arrive as sensors in your own instance. The integration is available through HACS. Automate whatever you like — from a closed ring to a reminder that the bike chain is due. YOUR DATA HealthPit has no account and no server of its own. Everything stays on your iPhone except what you send to your own Home Assistant. No tracking, no advertising, no third party looking at any of it. REQUIREMENTS Home Assistant is optional. Without a connection HealthPit simply shows your values on the iPhone. German, English, Spanish, French and Simplified Chinese.
