Human Codex is your personal health Agent: one app that reads your sleep, recovery, meals, training and labs, and turns them into a plan you can actually follow. YOUR HEALTH AGENT Chat with an Agent that knows your profile, your metrics and your goals. Ask in your own words about your sleep, recovery, workouts or past meals, and it looks up your Apple Health data to answer. It builds your health plan and your training week, adjusts them as you go, and you can see it at work while it does. Give it a name and it's yours. Voice input supported. DAILY HEALTH SCORE Wake up to one number that reads your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, activity and recovery, weighted against your own 14-day baseline instead of population averages. It tells you whether to push or recover today, and sharpens as it learns your data. TRAINING, BUILT AROUND HOW YOU MOVE Record your runs, walks and hikes with your iPhone: live map, distance, pace and elevation, with every route saved to Apple Health. Build your strength week by hand from a 110+ exercise catalog, or tell the Agent your goal, days and equipment and it writes the plan: hypertrophy, strength, powerbuilding, or conditioning and longevity. Import your coach's routine from a photo. Progressive overload builds on what you logged last week, and if you miss a day, move it to today and the week slides with you. One history holds your routes, strength sessions and Apple Health workouts, with your records and volume, and any activity can be shared as a sticker. NUTRITION Snap a photo of a meal, scan a barcode or describe it, and get a macro breakdown in seconds. Log water and caffeine, and set protein, carb and fat targets that fit your plan. FASTING AND METABOLIC TRACKING Start and follow fasting sessions with real-time metabolic phases. Add a glucose or ketone reading and each phase upgrades from estimated to glucose-verified, with your Glucose-Ketone Index (GKI) tracked alongside. Choose a popular protocol or create your own. VITALS Steps, workouts, heart health and sleep from Apple Health in one dashboard, with trends and context. Going deeper? Turn on a clinical layer for blood pressure, glucose and ketones. APPLE WATCH Follow your training day on your wrist, log sets as you go, and see your score and fasting at a glance. YOUR LABS, IN CONTEXT Type in your labs for free (76 markers across 9 panels, with ranges evaluated as you type) or scan a report as a photo or PDF and the Agent extracts every biomarker. Each panel is read next to what you did in the 90 days before the draw, and when it warrants it, the Agent proposes goal changes until your retest. You confirm each one and can revert any of them. FREE, WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION Your Health Score, nutrition and water logging, hand-built training, route recording, fasting, vitals and typed-in labs work end to end at no cost. Pro unlocks the Agent: the conversation, the plans it writes and adjusts, and the lab reads. WORKS WITH YOUR TOOLS - Apple Health: reads your biometrics and workouts, writes nutrition, weight and routes back - Apple Watch app - Home Screen widgets and Siri for your score, fasting and training day - Apple Calendar and Reminders for fasting windows, sessions and reminders YOUR DATA Your health data is stored on your iPhone and in Apple Health. When you use the Agent, and only after you agree, the data it needs is sent to secure AI providers to answer you. Your route maps and places are never sent. You can withdraw consent or delete your data anytime. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Human Codex is a wellness and decision-support tool, not a medical device. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions. Start free. Most tracking never ends. You log, and log, and one day you stop — no closer to knowing whether it worked. HypoMe is built the other way round: one question, a set number of days, an answer at the end. Does cutting caffeine after 2pm actually improve YOUR sleep? Describe the goal in plain English and the AI Experiment Designer turns it into a full experiment — intervention, outcome, baseline, run length. Record a few ordinary days as a baseline, then make the change and check in for about ten seconds a day. On the date you set, HypoMe compares baseline to change and tells you what happened in one sentence. You add your own takeaway beside the statistical one, and keep what worked as a practice with a reminder and a review date. The check-in streak tracks how consistently you logged — it is not the goal, and the run ends either way. You can run a full experiment without an account. An account adds sync across iPhone and the web, publishing, and Premium. DESIGNS THAT HOLD UP - Crossover (A/B/A) designs that test whether an effect really repeats (Premium). - Blinded runs — HypoMe seals which container is which until the end (Premium). - Two to five outcomes at once, and custom scales in your own units (Premium). - Confound tagging — flag travel, illness, or disrupted weeks so they don't muddy the data. - Apple Health — pick a HealthKit metric (sleep, steps, HRV, active calories) as your outcome. WHAT YOU GET AT THE END - A plain-English verdict: direction, magnitude, effect size, and trend, with Cohen's d and standard deviation behind it (Premium). - "Inconclusive" treated as a real result, with an explanation of why. - AI Results Interpreter (Premium) — phase-by-phase breakdown, confound patterns, adherence impact, what next. - A findings ledger where every completed run becomes something you know. - Publish the method behind a result so someone else can run it, or fork theirs. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL - Sign in with email or Apple. No social graph, no public profile, no advertising. - Encrypted in transit. Data between your device and our servers travels over TLS. - Apple Health is read on-device with your explicit consent for the metrics you pick. Only the resulting outcome value for each experiment day is stored with your entries — never the raw Apple Health data as a separate payload. - Anonymous community contributions are opt-in. When enabled, only aggregate stats are added to the public community table — no user ID, no experiment ID, no intervention text, no hypothesis, no raw entries. Opt out or revoke past contributions anytime in Settings. - Export your experiments, entries, and settings anytime as JSON from Settings. - Full account deletion in Settings — permanently removes your account and associated data. - Read the full Privacy Policy at hypome.com/privacy. PREMIUM - $4.99/month or $29.99/year — first month free on annual. Cancel anytime in Settings. - Free tier: 1 experiment at a time, run all the way to a verdict; 3 AI designs/month. Nothing about finishing an experiment is paywalled. Built for people who want to know what actually works for them. No woo, no medical claims, no mystery. HypoMe is not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before changing medications or treatments. Terms of Use (EULA): https://hypome.com/terms
