Trainkeep

Trainkeep is where a coach and their athletes work together. The coach writes the plan; the athlete trains it, logs it and sends it back β and both of you see the same thing. FOR ATHLETES Train from the plan your coach wrote Today's session is on the home screen. Log it set by set β weight and reps, one thumb, between sets. Add sets, drop the ones you skipped, swap an exercise, or start a free session your coach never planned. The plan is a suggestion; your log is what actually happened. Works with no signal Every set is saved on your phone first. Train in a basement gym or on a plane β your session goes out on its own when you are back online. Your training plan and meal plan open offline too. Eat from the plan Your coach's meal plan β meals, options, portions and macros β in the same app you train with. Stay in touch with your coach Send check-ins with your weight, measurements and progress photos. Film a set for a form check and read what your coach says back. Sign documents, answer questionnaires and message your coach. See your progress Every exercise's history and your best sets. FOR COACHES Your roster, with what needs you on top Check-ins to read, form checks, messages and skipped sessions β pinned above everyone else. Every athlete, in full Their training plan, meal plan, body stats and check-ins. Consistency shows every session against the plan; Strength shows how each lift has moved and what is improving. Coach from anywhere Answer form checks and messages, hand out workouts and meal plans from your library, invite new athletes and adjust a plan between sessions. IN SIX LANGUAGES English, Polski, EspaΓ±ol, Deutsch, FranΓ§ais and Italiano β kilograms or pounds. Athletes join through their coach's invite. Coaches can create an account in the app. SUBSCRIPTIONS Solo and Pro are optional auto-renewable subscriptions that give a coach room for more athletes. Payment is charged to your Apple account, and a subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Apple account settings.
