AuraLift is the training app built for people who take their workouts seriously. Every session, AuraLift's AI analyses your history and tells you exactly what weight to lift, how many reps to target, and when it's time to push harder — based on your goal, experience level, and how your body has actually been responding. Not generic advice. Your numbers, your progression. INTELLIGENT PROGRESSION Stop guessing your next weight. AuraLift tracks every set and uses double-progression with RPE trend analysis to decide when you're ready to add load. Log an RPE of 9, three sessions in a row with no rep improvement? AuraLift triggers a structured deload automatically. Come back after two weeks off? It eases you in at 85%, so you don't blow yourself up on the first session back. For intermediate and advanced lifters, the engine cycles through periodization phases — volume, hypertrophy, intensity, and deload — building you through a 16-session mesocycle without you having to think about it. The result: consistent, sustainable progress every week. THE RIVAL Your rival is a synthetic training partner built from your own data — someone who trains just like you did, but never takes rest days, never phones it in, and never misses a session. They challenge you with weekly targets, post status updates after their workouts, and talk trash when they're ahead. Beat them consistently, and you'll eventually realise you've been competing with a better version of yourself. Fall behind, and the comeback mechanic kicks in — a harder weekly challenge designed to close the gap fast. TRACK EVERY LIFT Log sets with weight, reps, and RPE in seconds. Swipe a set to delete it. Tap once to mark it complete. A live rest timer counts down between sets so you never lose track of recovery. Your full workout history is one tap away — see what you did last time before you load the bar. BUILT FOR YOUR GOAL Tell AuraLift whether you're training for strength, hypertrophy, or endurance — and it adjusts rep ranges, load targets, and progression speed to match. Mark yourself as a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter, and the AI calibrates how aggressively it pushes you. The same engine, tuned for where you actually are. RUN TRAINING Track outdoor runs with live GPS route mapping, real-time pace and distance, and audio cues at key milestones. Follow structured training plans with interval sessions built in. AuraLift handles both sides of your training — the weight room and the road — in a single app. TEMPLATES & WEEK PLANNING Build your own workout templates or use the built-in library. Preview AI-suggested weights for every exercise before you start a session — adjust anything you want, then begin. Plan your entire training week and get a daily prompt for what's on the schedule. Pair exercises as supersets with a single tap. EVERYTHING ELSE - Apple HealthKit — completed workouts sync to the Health app automatically - PR detection — personal records are flagged in real time, mid-session - 80+ exercises with step-by-step coaching notes - Warmup set calculator — generates percentage-based warmup sets before your working weight - Body weight tracking with a visual log over time - Full imperial and metric support - Designed for dark mode from the ground up — minimal, fast, and out of your way PRO AuraLift is free to download and use. Pro unlocks AI weight suggestions, The Rival, Run training, unlimited custom templates, the week planner, and HealthKit sync. Available as a monthly or annual subscription. Cancel any time. Most step counters count too much - car rides, phone shakes, phantom steps - or lose your day to a random reset. Stepvera is a pedometer built for one thing: a daily step count you can actually trust. Version 2.0 adds a daily log, week, month and year stats, new goals, and a fresh look. ACCURATE STEPS, FEWER CAR MISCOUNTS - Counts with your iPhone's motion sensor: battery-friendly and precise. - The vehicle filter reduces steps counted during car and bus rides. While you ride, the dial says so and the number holds still, and your daily log shows the steps left out that day. You can switch the filter off in Settings. YOUR COUNT DOES NOT RESET - Your iPhone keeps counting while Stepvera is closed, and Stepvera saves those steps, so a day you never opened the app is not lost. - Reboot-safe: your daily total survives phone restarts - no more waking up to zero. - No account, no sign-up. Counting works offline, and your step history is never sent to us. DAILY LOG - A calendar that folds between month and week. Tap any day to see steps, distance, calories, active time, your goal, and hour-by-hour activity, compared with the 7 days before. STATS BY WEEK, MONTH, AND YEAR - Calendar week, month, and year charts - step back through your history. - Personal records, time-of-day patterns, and the weekday you walk most. - A clean steps counting app view - see your week improve at a glance. STEP BREAKDOWN (ESTIMATED) - An optional view that splits your total into flat walking, running, and stairs - always labeled as an estimate. Off until you turn it on in Settings. GOALS THAT FIT YOU - A daily goal (10,000 steps by default, adjustable 6,000-20,000) and a streak that counts every day you reach it - even days you did not open the app. - A weekly goal: choose how many days a week to walk and build a weekly streak. - A goal suggestion based on your last 28 days, plus type goals for floors climbed, running time, and brisk walking time (estimated). - 16 milestones for total distance, total steps, and long streaks. WEEKLY REPORT - Your week on one page: total, daily average, best day, and how it compares with the week before. - Optional Weekly report and Yesterday's summary notifications - off until you turn them on. CALORIES AND DISTANCE - Calories now take walking pace, running, and stairs into account. Add your weight and height in My info (optional - it stays on your phone) for a closer estimate. Past days are kept as they were. BACKUP AND EXPORT - Export a backup file and import it on a new phone. Importing merges, so no day ever goes down. Export your steps as CSV for spreadsheets. WIDGET AND REMINDER - A home screen widget shows today's steps and progress without opening the app. - An optional reminder nudges you at your chosen time if you are short of your goal. READY FOR IPHONE DUO - On the inner screen of iPhone Duo, Stepvera uses a two-pane layout that keeps the center band clear. EASY TO READ, EASY TO USE - Large text mode and high contrast for comfortable reading at any age. - Nothing to set up: open Stepvera once and it counts. - Found a bug or have an idea? Use Send feedback in Settings. LIGHT ADS - REMOVABLE FOREVER Stepvera is free to use, supported by light ads. No adware. Prefer zero ads? A single one-time purchase removes them all forever. No subscription. Walk, trust the number, hit your goal. That is all Stepvera does - honestly.
