AuraLift is the training app built for people who take their workouts seriously. Every session, AuraLift's AI analyses your history and tells you exactly what weight to lift, how many reps to target, and when it's time to push harder — based on your goal, experience level, and how your body has actually been responding. Not generic advice. Your numbers, your progression. INTELLIGENT PROGRESSION Stop guessing your next weight. AuraLift tracks every set and uses double-progression with RPE trend analysis to decide when you're ready to add load. Log an RPE of 9, three sessions in a row with no rep improvement? AuraLift triggers a structured deload automatically. Come back after two weeks off? It eases you in at 85%, so you don't blow yourself up on the first session back. For intermediate and advanced lifters, the engine cycles through periodization phases — volume, hypertrophy, intensity, and deload — building you through a 16-session mesocycle without you having to think about it. The result: consistent, sustainable progress every week. THE RIVAL Your rival is a synthetic training partner built from your own data — someone who trains just like you did, but never takes rest days, never phones it in, and never misses a session. They challenge you with weekly targets, post status updates after their workouts, and talk trash when they're ahead. Beat them consistently, and you'll eventually realise you've been competing with a better version of yourself. Fall behind, and the comeback mechanic kicks in — a harder weekly challenge designed to close the gap fast. TRACK EVERY LIFT Log sets with weight, reps, and RPE in seconds. Swipe a set to delete it. Tap once to mark it complete. A live rest timer counts down between sets so you never lose track of recovery. Your full workout history is one tap away — see what you did last time before you load the bar. BUILT FOR YOUR GOAL Tell AuraLift whether you're training for strength, hypertrophy, or endurance — and it adjusts rep ranges, load targets, and progression speed to match. Mark yourself as a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter, and the AI calibrates how aggressively it pushes you. The same engine, tuned for where you actually are. RUN TRAINING Track outdoor runs with live GPS route mapping, real-time pace and distance, and audio cues at key milestones. Follow structured training plans with interval sessions built in. AuraLift handles both sides of your training — the weight room and the road — in a single app. TEMPLATES & WEEK PLANNING Build your own workout templates or use the built-in library. Preview AI-suggested weights for every exercise before you start a session — adjust anything you want, then begin. Plan your entire training week and get a daily prompt for what's on the schedule. Pair exercises as supersets with a single tap.
