IntervalBeats is a focused interval timer for workouts, HIIT, tabata, stretching, meditation, and anything else that benefits from structured time. Built around Apple Music — pick your intervals, choose a work playlist and a rest playlist, press start. APPLE MUSIC — RECOMMENDED FOR THE FULL EXPERIENCE Apple Music is the smoothest path. Connect once and IntervalBeats plays, pauses, and switches between your work and rest playlists automatically — even while the screen is locked. The Sleep Timer pauses Apple Music precisely at zero whether your phone is locked or not. Requires an Apple Music subscription. WORKS WITH OTHER AUDIO APPS TOO Prefer Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Overcast, Audible, or YouTube Music? Start playing in your audio app, then launch an IntervalBeats session — your audio mixes with our beep cues. Workout auto-pause and the Sleep Timer also work with these apps; just keep IntervalBeats on screen (we dim it for you) so iOS allows us to send the pause. No Apple Music subscription needed. KEY FEATURES • Customizable intervals — Set work and rest durations in seconds and minutes, pick any number of cycles • Ready-to-use templates — 16 presets across Focus (Pomodoro, Study Sprint), Classroom (Brain Break, Station Rotation), and fitness (HIIT, Tabata, EMOM, yoga, and more) — start in one tap • Timer Sets — Chain multiple timers into one seamless workout with automatic or manual transitions • One-tap repeat — Restart a workout or a Set without leaving the summary screen • Built for iPad — Split-screen layout makes full use of your tablet • Visual cycle progress — Progress ring tracks your rotations in real time • Sleep Timer — Fall asleep to your music with an automatic pause at the time you choose EVERYTHING ELSE • Countdown before start — Optional countdown so you have time to get ready • Beep cues — Configurable interval beeps and end-of-phase sounds • Haptic feedback — Feel every phase change • Background timer — The timer itself keeps ticking when your screen is off or you switch apps • Large, readable display — See your time and phase clearly, even mid-workout • Saved presets — Build once, reuse forever PERFECT FOR • HIIT and Tabata workouts • Circuit training and CrossFit • Running intervals and sprint training • Stretching and yoga flows • Focus sessions and Pomodoro • Meditation and breathwork • Classroom activities, brain breaks, and transitions • Any timed activity with work and rest phases DESIGNED FOR FOCUS IntervalBeats stays out of your way. About

Mariabs · Interval Timer

Features

Mari is a sharp, minimal interval timer for anyone who trains in rounds — tabata, HIIT, EMOM, circuits, or your own custom intervals. Set your prepare, work, rest, cycles, blocks, and block-rest durations in seconds. Press the white play button. Mari counts you in, calls out each phase, and chimes the final 3-2-1 of every interval so you can keep your eyes on what you're doing instead of on the screen. WHAT YOU GET • Six adjustable parameters: prepare, work, rest, cycles per block, number of blocks, and rest between blocks • Voice cues for every transition: "Prepare", "Work", "Rest", and "Block complete — get ready for the next" • Distinct musical chimes per phase, generated on-device, synced with light haptics • 3-2-1 countdown ticks before each phase change • Big, monochrome timer dial with a subtle progress ring tinted to the current phase • Cycle and block progress shown at all times so you always know where you are • Plays over your music — Spotify, Apple Music, podcasts — and ducks them only when Mari speaks • Stays awake automatically while a workout is running • Settings remembered between launches DESIGNED TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY The screen is dark, glanceable from across a gym, and built around one button. There are no menus, no levels, no streaks, no badges, no analytics. You configure once, then press play. PRIVACY Mari collects nothing. No account. No email. No analytics. No tracking. Your settings stay on your device. The privacy policy is one page; you can read it before you tap install. NO ADS Mari has no ads, no in-app purchases, and no premium tier. No account required.
