RepFlows generates personalized workouts in seconds, tracks every set with RPE, and learns your training pattern over time. Built for lifters who want serious data without spreadsheet babysitting. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Generate workouts with AI - pick your split, equipment, and target duration. RepFlows assembles a workout from a curated 800+ exercise database in seconds. • Track sets with RPE - Rate of Perceived Exertion (1–10) on every set, plotted over time so you can see when fatigue is creeping in before it stalls progress. • Log workouts your way - type, dictate, or pick from history. Build-then-start flow lets you preview the full workout, swap exercises, and edit before you start lifting. • Browse 800+ exercises — full anatomy diagrams, primary/secondary muscle targeting, equipment filters, and form notes. Favorite the ones you actually use. • Track personal records — automatic PR detection on weight × reps, with progression charts per exercise. • See body progress — measurements, body weight, photo timeline, all in one place. PRO FEATURES Pro unlocks the full app: unlimited AI workout generation, advanced RPE trend analysis, exercise favorites, body measurement charts, and priority access to new features. • Free: 5 AI workouts per month, basic logging, exercise browser • Pro Monthly: $4.99/mo • Pro Annual: $49.99/yr (save 17%) — includes 7-day free trial • All plans auto-renew. Cancel anytime in Settings. WHY RepFlows Most fitness apps either overwhelm you with charts or oversimplify into another rep counter. RepFlows sits in the middle: enough data to make real decisions, simple enough to use mid-set. AI generation removes the "what should I train today" friction, RPE tracking catches overreach early, and the exercise database means you're never stuck with a movement you can't perform. PRIVACY Your workouts and measurements stay yours. We don't sell data, run third-party ad networks, or train external models on your training history. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email — your choice. CROSS-PLATFORM RepFlow runs on iPhone and on the web at repflows.ai. Pro subscriptions purchased on iOS unlock both. Your data syncs in real time. Beast is a workout tracker with no account and no subscription. Import years of training from another app, then log your next session in about ten seconds. SWITCH WITHOUT STARTING OVER Most workout trackers make you start at zero. Export your data from the app you use today and Beast reads it. Years of training, thousands of sets. Your PRs, your volume, your charts and your muscle map are all there on day one. LOG A SET IN ONE TAP Beast shows what you lifted last time next to every set. Repeating it? One tap on the checkmark logs it. Going heavier? Type the number and tap. Warm-up, working, drop and failure sets each get their own badge, and warm-ups never disturb your set numbering or steal a personal record. A REST TIMER THAT KEEPS RUNNING Rest starts itself the moment you log a set. Adjust it by 15 seconds, skip it, or leave the app entirely. A notification tells you when rest is up, even with your phone locked. 500+ EXERCISES, PLUS YOUR OWN Browse a library of hundreds of movements with instructions, filtered by muscle and equipment. Anything missing, you add yourself. A custom exercise fills in the muscle map and earns records exactly like a built-in one. SEE EVERY MUSCLE YOU TRAINED Every workout gets a muscle heat map: front and back body maps shaded by how much volume each muscle actually took, with a ranked breakdown underneath. Your profile shows the same map across your entire training history, so a neglected muscle group is impossible to miss. WATCH YOUR LIFTS GO UP Every exercise has its own progress chart: heaviest set, estimated 1RM or total volume, plotted session by session. Personal records are stamped onto the workout that earned them, so you can see the day you hit them. YOUR WHOLE TRAINING LOG, ADDED UP The profile tab is your lifetime numbers: total volume lifted, workouts completed, week-by-week training streaks, an activity grid of every day you trained, and your best set on every lift you have ever done. Tap any day to open that workout. FIX A WORKOUT LATER Logged 225 when you meant 245? Every finished workout is fully editable: title, date, duration, units, notes and every set of every exercise. Correct a weight and the personal record hands itself back to the workout that really earned it. BUILT FOR LIFTERS Barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable or bodyweight. Push-pull-legs, upper-lower, full body, 5x5, or whatever you wrote on the back of an envelope. Beast does not tell you what to train. It keeps an honest record of the work you did.
