Most days is enough. Not every day. Set a weekly goal like 4 out of 7 days. Hit it most days, rest when you need to. Your progress never resets to zero. mostly is enough. Other habit apps count consecutive days β miss one and the 90-day count goes to zero. Research shows the all-or-nothing model creates anxiety and guilt, the opposite of what builds habits. mostly replaces counters with weekly targets. No punishment for being human. HOW IT WORKS β’ Set a weekly target from 1 to 7 days for each habit (4/7 by default) β’ Check in each day with a single tap β’ See "2 more to go" on the way and "Goal reached" when you arrive. Week over? "See you next week" β’ Each week is a fresh start. Last week was tough? Clean slate. ENCOURAGEMENT OVER PUNISHMENT β’ No counters. No resets. No shame. β’ Rest days are part of the plan, not something to feel bad about β’ Quiet encouragement when things get tough β’ Progress matters more than perfection β’ Great for ADHD, anxiety, or anyone who wants a gentler approach GREAT FOR ANY HABIT β’ Morning routine, sleep, water, healthier eating β’ Gym, running, yoga, walking β’ Meditation, reading, journaling, studying β’ Quitting smoking, skincare, language learning SIMPLE & PRIVATE β’ Clean interface, no gamification, no social features β’ Your data stays on your device, with optional iCloud sync β’ Export your data anytime as JSON Lally et al. (2010) found that habit formation takes about 66 days on average, and missing occasional days doesn't derail the process. Consistency over time beats daily perfection. mostly is enough. Condence turns your Apple Watch into a private log for intimate moments. AUTOMATIC, OR ONE TAP Wear your watch as usual. Condence reads wrist motion in the background and heart rate from Health, and suggests the sessions it finds. Want it exact? Tap Start and Stop on the watch instead. A SCORE THAT ENCOURAGES Each session gets a score from its length, intensity, peak heart rate, time in your high heart-rate zone and how quickly you recover. Your age sets the heart-rate scale, so the score fits you. YOU DECIDE Detections are suggestions. Nothing is written to the Sexual Activity category in the Health app until you confirm it. Say no, and it is gone. DISCREET A neutral name, icon and notifications. Nothing on the lock screen gives it away. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No microphone, no location, no ads, no analytics. Raw motion never leaves your watch; the summaries stay on your iPhone. OPTIONAL: HELP IMPROVE DETECTION Not offered in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland. Elsewhere it is off by default. If you turn it on, pseudonymous summaries of the sessions you recorded or answered are sent to help improve detection. They are never used for advertising, never shared or sold, and you can delete them at any time from Settings. FREE TO TRY Detection, confirming and saving to Health are free, and so are the scores of your first two sessions. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks every score, its breakdown and your history. No subscription. For adults 18 and over. Requires Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later and iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Designed for Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4: their much denser heart-rate readings are what make detection and scores precise. Older watches record heart rate far less often, so results there are less reliable. For the most reliable overnight tracking, add the Condence complication to your watch face and keep Wrist Detection on. Condence is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
