Breaditorial calculates exact bread recipes, guides you through every step, and keeps a record of every loaf you bake. Homemade bread has no preservatives or additives, and nothing ultra-processed: just flour, water, yeast, and salt. Recipe Calculator Choose from up to nine flours, from everyday white and whole wheat to rye, spelt, and ancient grains, and blend up to three with a ratio slider. Set hydration on a slider tuned to the flours you picked, choose your salt level, and add seeds, sweetener, or a healthy oil. Bake in any pan size, standard or custom, or free-form, and get the exact weight of every ingredient, plus a water-temperature calculator. Then clear instructions and a timer for every stage carry you through mixing, kneading, proving, shaping, and baking, with a screen-on mode for floury hands. Guides Watch short videos of key techniques: kneading, the slap-and-fold, the windowpane test, shaping, stitch and fold for wet doughs, scoring, and decorating. Plus written guides on baking basics, flour and hydration, storing, sourdough, and pizza. Kitchen Checklist Tick off the ingredients and equipment you have, and it tells you what you can bake today, what each piece of kit is for, and what to buy next. It rewrites itself as you go. Bake Journal Log every loaf with a rating, notes, tags, photos, voice notes, the flours you used, and your prove times. Search your whole history, open any photo full screen, and set your first loaf beside your latest. Baker's Profile Breaditorial finds the patterns in your baking: which flours you rate highest, whether overnight proves beat same-day, and your rhythm across the year, as a heatmap and a flour breakdown. Baker's Story An AI baker that knows only bread reads your whole journal and your photos, then writes you a detailed account of your baking: your progress, your preferences, and the patterns you might never notice in yourself. The Proofreader Send a single loaf and the same AI baker reads it in full: your recipe and timings, your photos, and your voice notes, transcribed privately on your device. It reads the loaf closely, noticing where a fault sits and what that means, then explains why it turned out as it did, what worked, and what to try next. Problem Solving When a bake goes wrong, expert questions narrow down the cause, and the AI checks it against your whole history to flag a one-off or a recurring pattern. Rooted in real baking, never a generic checklist. Nutrition Panel See what is in each loaf: calories, protein, sugars, fat, fibre, salt, iron, and magnesium. It also sets your loaf against a supermarket one of the same weight, with no additives. Bake Planner Tell Breaditorial when you want the bread out of the oven, and it gives a start time and full timeline. Choose same-day or overnight, then add the plan to your calendar. Bread Footprint A running total of what baking your own saves: additives avoided, plastic bags not bought, and carbon kept out of the air. iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo Your history backs up to iCloud, so a new iPhone keeps every loaf, photo, and note. Widgets show your loaf count and streak, Live Activities keep prove and bake timers on the Lock Screen, and it supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Reduce Motion. Free Breaditorial is free to start, with no account and no time limit. The full guide library, a yeast converter, an ingredient cost tracker, and the Kitchen Checklist are all free. Premium Premium unlocks the full Recipe Calculator, your Baker's Profile, Baker's Story, The Proofreader, and Problem Solving, the complete Bake Journal with voice notes and photo zoom, the Nutrition Panel, the Bake Planner, and Bread Footprint.
