ArfiFit is a workout log for training at home and outdoors: pull-ups, push-ups, dips, squats, lunges, a kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells and running. Every set you log moves you forward. CARVE YOUR STATUE Every rep adds to your lifetime volume, and your statue is carved from the marble with it, through five stages: uncut marble, emerging, kouros or kore, classical, hero. It never goes backwards: what you've built stays built. LEVELS THAT MEAN SOMETHING Push, Pull, Legs, Core and Cardio are each rated from your real training: your best set and your typical weekly volume. Train more and they rise. Take months off and they ease down slowly, but never below half. No points for tapping buttons. RECORDS AND LABOURS ArfiFit spots personal records as you set them: most reps, heaviest set, biggest session, longest hold, longest run. It tells you when you're one rep away. Keep training week after week to complete the Twelve Labours of Heracles. HOME AND OUTDOOR KIT Bodyweight exercises count your body weight. Kettlebell and dumbbell exercises use the weights you own. Running counts by distance or time. PLAN YOUR WEEK Plan workouts on the calendar, get a reminder on training days, and log a set in seconds with Quick Log. AI COACH Not sure what to do today? Pick a focus, a duration and your equipment, and get a plan built from your own exercises. Three free plans every month. WIDGETS See this week's volume, training days and your next record on the Home Screen and Lock Screen.
