SwoleX is the workout app built for lifters who actually show up. Log your training, share it to your feed, and watch others hit your exact routine — with weights automatically scaled to their own history. That's the SwoleX loop: post a workout, someone taps DO WORKOUT, and they're training your program in seconds. TRACK EVERY LIFT Log sets, reps, and weight with a clean, fast interface built for use between sets — not after the gym. Your history builds automatically into a personal performance record with streaks, PRs, and volume charts. EAT LIKE YOU TRAIN Log food in seconds — search the food library or pull from your saved My Foods. Pick a diet style — Balanced, High Protein, Keto, Low Carb, Mediterranean, Endurance, or Zone — add your goal and activity level, and SwoleX sets your daily calorie and macro targets for you. Pro adds barcode scanning and describe-a-meal AI that breaks down the macros for you. MEAL PLANS BUILT AROUND YOUR MACROS Tell Kevin your diet style and the foods you actually eat, choose which meals to plan — even just dinner — and get a multi-day plan with a grocery list in real shopping quantities: a dozen eggs, a pint of berries, 3.5 lb of chicken. Adjust any portion, then log a single item, a whole meal, or the whole day. Export any plan as a clean PDF to print or share. TRAIN WITH KEVIN — YOUR AI STRENGTH COACH Tap TRAIN WITH KEVIN and he assembles a session tailored to your training history, goals, and how you're feeling that day. Every set is pre-scaled to your actual strength — no guessing, no math. ASK KEVIN — AND GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER Kevin reads your log, so ask him about it. "Why has my incline bench gone backwards?" He checks your real sets, your weekly volume and your gym's equipment, then answers with the numbers in front of him — and if the fix is a whole day, he builds it on the spot. DO WORKOUTS FROM THE FEED Every post in SwoleX is executable. See a chest day you like? Tap DO WORKOUT and run it yourself — weights automatically adjust to your level. Your results link back to the original, giving the creator credit and building their following. LIFT TOGETHER, LIVE Training with someone? Start a live session and invite them. You each run the same workout with weights scaled to your own strength, so you're on the same exercise without lifting the same numbers. Watch each other's sets land live, and finish on a shared recap crediting everyone. PROGRAMS & PREMIUM CONTENT Browse structured programs from coaches and top creators. Follow a 5-day split, an 8-week strength block, or a conditioning circuit — and execute every session directly from the app. SHARE YOUR WINS Auto-generated share cards let you blast your completed workouts to Instagram Stories, TikTok, and Snapchat. Every post drives new users back into the app. FREE — NO CREDIT CARD NEEDED • Unlimited workout logging • Full exercise library • Workout history, PRs, and volume charts • Food logging & saved My Foods library • Daily calorie and macro targets • Automatic Google Drive backup • Social feed + DO WORKOUT from any post • Live workouts with friends — real-time sets, shared recap • Rest timer • 1 AI use per week — Kevin workout or AI-parsed log SWOLEX PRO — $9.99/month or $79.99/year • Unlimited AI — Kevin workouts & AI-parsed logs • Ask Kevin — chat about your training; he reads your log and builds the fix • Barcode scanning & describe-a-meal AI food logging • Kevin-built meal plans with grocery lists • Kevin's training analysis — calibration, momentum, and an action plan for the week ahead • Kevin scales every shared workout to your actual strength • Premium SwoleX programs • CSV data export Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. About

TrainReview

Features

TrainReview plans your training, watches what you actually do, and adjusts what comes next — showing its reasoning, with you making the final call. Finish a workout and the app compares every set you logged against what the plan asked for. It reaches a verdict on each exercise — Progress, Repeat, or Reduce — and shows the evidence behind it: your reps, your loads, how much you had left in reserve. Accept a decision and it becomes the target in your upcoming sessions. Nothing changes until you say so. Your first workout review is included, so you see what the app has to say before deciding whether to keep it reviewing. PLAN YOUR WAY Choose the amount of guidance that works for you: • Guided: answer a few questions and get a complete plan. Every goal — New to Training, Strength, Muscle Growth, Weight Loss, and General Fitness — is free to plan. Athlete Premium blends a second and third goal into one program balanced for all of them. • Build It Yourself: begin with a blank slate and take full control of training days, exercises, and progression. • Just Start Training: no plan yet. Pick exercises as you go, log your sets, and every finished workout is kept as a day of your plan. Seal the week, and TrainReview reviews the next one against it. All three paths live together in Your Plans, and every one of them feeds the same review loop. TRAIN WITHOUT DISTRACTIONS Follow today's workout and log your work set by set. Use the built-in rest timer, record left and right sides, run timed holds, skip or substitute exercises, and carry a substitution into the rest of your plan when it makes sense. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Trends built from the work you actually completed, never from a projected curve: working weights, session history, and estimated 1RM over time. Reopen any finished workout to see how it went, and explore exercises with muscle diagrams and clear equipment details. GO FURTHER WITH ATHLETE PREMIUM • Post-workout review grounded in what you actually completed • Next cycle written from what you lifted, with the evidence shown • Adaptive advanced plans • Multi-goal blending: one program balancing up to three goals • Estimated 1RM trends and longer-range analytics Guided plans for every goal, Build It Yourself plan authoring, workout logging, and training history remain available for free. There is no account to create: your training data stays on your device and can sync through your private iCloud account. Plan with intent. Train with focus. Progress from what you actually did.
