What's New in SwoleX

1.5.6

September 3, 2026

SwoleX 1.5.6 — Your bodyweight counts, and search finds what you meant. • The volume trend counts your bodyweight. Dips, pull-ups and push-ups moved real weight — yours — but the weekly chart drew only what you loaded on a bar, so a hard calisthenics week looked like a light one. Bodyweight now sits stacked on each bar in its own shade, with the loaded number unchanged beneath it. Your back catalogue counts too: past sessions were recalculated, so the trend reflects training you already did rather than starting from a blank slate. Weeks with no bodyweight recorded simply have no bodyweight portion — not a zero, because "we don't know" and "you did none" are different things. • Search stops burying what you asked for. Typing "incline press" used to return Bench Press, Board Press, Hex Press, JM Press and half the leg machines before the incline presses themselves — because the bench those lifts need is called an "adjustable incline/decline bench", and the word leaked into everything that touches one. Your words now have to match the exercise, not its furniture. • Two versions of the same lift, in the same plan. Barbell incline press AND the plate-loaded one, together. The equipment chips used to behave like a dial where picking one replaced the other, so the only way to get both was to add the second mid-workout. They're checkboxes now, and the row shows a count so a second pick is never a surprise. • Meal plans have a real Export button. It was a small share icon at the top of a long page, which told you nothing about what it did. There's now a labelled EXPORT PDF at the bottom, where you've just finished reading the grocery list — and exported files arrive with their actual name instead of a string of hex. • Lifting with a friend follows YOUR screen. Their tab used to show whichever exercise they happened to be standing on, so you couldn't look back at how they did on the bench once they'd moved on. It now follows the exercise you're looking at, and where they actually are becomes a tap that takes you there. • When something breaks, we hear about it. A request that never came back used to fail quietly — no error, nothing recorded. Those now reach us, and the message tells you which kind of failure it was. Train hard. Prove it.
