What's New in SwoleX

1.5.3

August 22, 2026

SwoleX 1.5.3 — Your bodyweight finally counts. What's new in 1.5.3: • Dips, pull-ups and push-ups now add to your volume. A set of nineteen dips used to be worth zero tonnage — the hardest set of your session, missing from every total, with nothing to tell you a number was absent. Your own weight is now counted at a share that matches the movement, so a bar dip and a bench dip aren't valued the same. Shown as its own figure alongside your loaded volume, never mixed into it. • Weighted dips and pull-ups get a real target. Kevin used to skip these entirely and leave the weight blank. Now he works out what to hang off the belt from the sets you've actually logged — and when your bodyweight alone is the right load for that rep count, he says so instead of inventing a number. • The weight field on a bodyweight exercise now says ADDED. It means the plate on the belt, not the total, and it reads +45 × 10 so it can't be mistaken for a barbell weight. If it can't take load at all, the field stays out of your way. • Weekly weigh-in reminder, if you want it. Volume and load targets on bodyweight movements both need a current weight, and without one they quietly can't be worked out. Turn the reminder on under Progress → Body and it's one tap to confirm you're the same as last time. • Supersets in the exercise picker. A library of pre-checked pairs — both movements at the same station, so you're not walking across the gym mid-round — labelled by what kind of pairing each one is, with the rounds already laid out when you add it. • Report a problem without leaving the app. Profile → Settings has it, your past reports are there too, and you'll see a reply when there is one. If something errors, the message itself now offers to file the report with the details already filled in. What's fixed: • A saved workout containing an exercise that had since been removed no longer fails to open. • Head-to-head comparisons now use the same recent-lifts window the leaderboard does, so the two can't disagree about who's ahead. • Bodyweight typed into the weight field no longer inflates your tonnage. A crunch recorded at your own bodyweight was adding thousands of pounds that never happened. Train hard. Prove it.
