Most Couch to 5K plans assume you're starting from zero. RunnerMate doesn't assume — it checks. With your permission, RunnerMate reads 28 days of your Apple Health data — steps, walking distance, exercise minutes, recent runs, resting heart rate — scores your fitness, and generates an 8-week plan calibrated to where you actually are. If you're already walking 10,000 steps a day, you won't be told to alternate 60-second jogs with 90-second walks. A PLAN THAT ADAPTS An AI advisor watches how your runs go and recommends where to pick up next — repeat a week when you need it, skip ahead when you're flying. Three runs a week, each about 30 minutes. When you finish the 5K plan, RunnerMate builds your next training block from your own runs, with a heart rate target your Apple Watch holds you to. MADE FOR APPLE WATCH Your next workout is scheduled to your Watch automatically — it's waiting at the top of the Workout app when you're ready. Intervals, warm-ups and cool-downs are guided on your wrist. EFFORTLESS TRACKING Finished runs are matched to your plan automatically from Apple Health — no manual logging. Home Screen widgets show your week at a glance, and milestone runs earn shareable certificates. PRIVATE BY DESIGN RunnerMate has no accounts, no sign-up and no servers of its own. Your Health data is read and scored on your iPhone. The only place any of it goes is Apple's Private Cloud Compute, to write your training advice and a note after each run, and the privacy policy lists exactly what is sent. RunnerMate is free, supported by unobtrusive ads. Requires an iPhone with iOS 26. Apple Watch optional but recommended.

Quit vaping, ZYN, and smoking with daily habit work and SOS missions built for nicotine cravings. Quitory is a sci-fi quitting app with craving protocols, SOS missions, achievements, and base building progress that mirrors your system's recovery. Built for people beating nicotine addiction with structure, not speeches. Different nicotine products run different craving loops. Vape is not ZYN. ZYN is not smoking. Cigarettes, disposable vapes, snus, and nicotine pouches all come with their own triggers, rituals, and relapse scripts. Quitory gives you a protocol built for the nicotine you use. When the craving hits, open SOS. Run a short mission for the exact moment you are in: fighting "just one hit," reaching for a pouch, wanting to buy a disposable vape, feeling the empty-mouth habit, or riding out withdrawal without nicotine. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Days off nicotine, your next recovery milestone, today's limit during a taper — visible without opening the app. SOS lives on the widget: one tap starts the craving protocol, no unlocking and hunting for an icon. When a craving hits, seconds count. Quitory helps you track the situations that pull you back: stress, coffee, alcohol, pain, driving, boredom, friends who vape, work pressure, or the old habit of reaching before you even think. The app helps you spot the loop before it becomes a relapse. For ZYN, snus, and nicotine pouches, Quitory helps you work on pouch cravings, buzz dependency, brain fog, anxiety, empty-mouth routines, and getting your baseline back. For vaping, Quitory helps you work on disposable vape cravings, stress relapse, and the hand-to-vape habit loop. For cigarettes, Quitory helps you work on the after-meal urge, the social smoke, the office break ritual, and weekend relapse settings. A slip is data, not failure. If you fall back in, Quitory helps you identify the trigger, adjust the protocol, and keep going — without resetting you to zero or hitting you with a shame screen. Not ready to quit all at once? You don't have to go cold turkey. For vaping and pouches, Quitory offers a gradual reduction path: instead of stopping at once, you taper your dose step by step along a personal schedule until you reach Day 0, where the full quit protocol begins. You set the pace, log your actual dose each day, and watch your progress along the trajectory. Quitory wraps the recovery process in a light science-fiction story, because daily habit work is easier to stick with when it is engaging. Follow your recovery timeline through streaks, missions, and milestones. Log wins, cravings, and triggers, and watch the pattern change. Features: - 365-day mission arc adjusted to your nicotine type - SOS craving intercept, free forever - Home Screen widgets with one-tap SOS - Trigger mapping for stress, coffee, alcohol, social settings - Base that rebuilds with every clean day - 100+ mission badges - Real-time savings telemetry: cash no longer spent on nicotine What you get: - You're the pilot. Quitory is built as a game: run missions, grow your base, work toward quitting. - Tap SOS when a craving hits. Deploy a mission, work through the spike. - Keep your progress on the Home Screen: days, recovery, and SOS without opening the app. - Quit at your own pace: cold turkey, or taper the dose down to zero (vaping and pouches). - Rebuild your base. Watch your body's systems come back online as you go. - Remember: a slip is data, not failure. It's how you read your own pattern, from the first day of withdrawal onward. Informed by behavioral techniques and habit-formation principles. Quit vaping. Quit ZYN. Quit nicotine.
