About

DoseIt

Features

DoseIt is a personal medication and injection diary. Record the doses you have taken, when you took them and the injection site, alongside weight and daily check-ins. You enter every dose, interval and schedule, including any changes already agreed with your prescriber. DoseIt does not prescribe, recommend, select, calculate or adjust the amount to take. It does not perform reconstitution calculations. Reminders follow the schedule you enter; they are not advice about when to take medication. FREE - Record medication, amount taken, date, route and injection site. - Keep your own schedules, reminders and calendar. - Log weight, daily check-ins and workouts. - View reference information with sources and evidence grades. - Export records as CSV or JSON, sync across devices and use an optional app lock. DOSEIT PRO A subscription adds summaries of your recorded weight and training, including comparisons across the dose stages you entered, body-composition estimates and AI summaries of your logged data. These summaries do not establish what a medication caused and are not dose recommendations. AI Coach does not provide medical advice. ABOUT THE ESTIMATED LEVEL CHART The app also calculates a modelled drug-level curve from past dose records and published half-life data. It estimates levels, not a dose to take. It does not measure your blood concentration or account for all individual differences. Do not use the curve, scores or AI summaries to choose or change a dose, decide when to take medication, or assess whether a combination is safe. Discuss medication decisions with your prescriber. YOUR DATA Your log syncs across your devices, and the AI features send your logged context to a model provider to produce a response, as the privacy policy sets out. No ads, and we do not sell your data. You can switch analytics off. SUBSCRIPTION DoseIt is free to download, and everything under FREE is free to use. DoseIt Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual; prices vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy. It renews unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and is charged within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel in Apple ID account settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Terms of Use: https://doseit.io/terms Privacy Policy: https://doseit.io/privacy IMPORTANT DoseIt is for people recording medication they have been prescribed or are otherwise using lawfully; many compounds you can log are prescription-only where you live. DoseIt is a tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Estimated blood levels and body-composition figures are models, not measurements, and may be inaccurate for you. Talk to a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing anything you take. 18+. App available in 15 languages.

Losing weight on a GLP-1 is the easy part. Keeping muscle while you do it is not. Protein First is built for one job: making sure the smaller amount you now eat still gets you enough protein and fiber, and giving your doctor something useful to read at your next appointment. PROTEIN FROM YOUR LEAN MASS, NOT YOUR SCALE WEIGHT Most apps set protein from what you weigh. That is how someone at 240 lbs ends up with a target they cannot hit on a GLP-1 appetite. We estimate your lean mass and set protein from that, adjusted for how often you lift. PHOTOGRAPH YOUR PLATE (PLUS) Point the camera at your food and get protein, fiber and calories back in seconds. Every line is one tap from being corrected. No database to search, nothing to weigh. OR JUST TYPE IT Type "chicken and rice" and we fill in a rough estimate for a typical portion, with suggestions as you type. Log the same meal three times and it becomes one tap forever after. FIBER, BECAUSE OF THE CONSTIPATION Everyone warns you about nausea. Nobody sets you a fiber target. We do, and we nudge you the day before things usually get tight, based on your own logged pattern rather than a generic schedule. SIDE EFFECTS BY CYCLE DAY Log how you feel in one tap. Over a few cycles you will see exactly which day the nausea lands and which day the gut trouble starts. Nobody remembers this by heart. This does. ACTIVE MEDICATION LEVEL A decay curve built from your real dose history and your medication's half-life, so you know roughly how much is still working today. An estimate, clearly labeled as one, never a measurement. ONE PAGE FOR YOUR DOCTOR (PLUS) Tap once and get a clean PDF: your medication, weight trend, protein and fiber averages, and your side-effect pattern by cycle day. No account for your doctor to make. Twelve-minute appointments deserve better than "it has been fine, I guess." SUPPORTED MEDICATIONS Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy (injection and pill), Ozempic, Saxenda, Rybelsus, Foundayo and compounded formulations. Injection or oral, weekly or daily. YOUR DATA Everything lives on your phone. Export all of it to a plain, readable file whenever you want. Optional iCloud sync carries your history to a new phone. FREE AND PLUS Logging your dose, weight, food by hand, water and side effects is free, permanently, and so are the medication curve and the side-effect pattern by cycle day. Plus adds photo meal logging and the one-page PDF for your doctor. Protein First is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Estimates are for orientation only and must never be used to change a dose. Talk to your prescriber. Protein First Plus is an auto-renewing subscription ($7.99/month or $39.99/year), billed to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
