Boxing Timer
Read full descriptionHide full description
Boxing Timer is the round timer fighters actually use. Built for boxing, MMA, kickboxing, and HIIT โ with the real bell, the wooden clapper warning, and a coach calling combos. What makes it different Real boxing protocol. The brass bell rings at round start and end. The 10-second warning is the wooden clapper you hear ringside, not a beep. A four-bell finale closes a session. Voice coach with combos. A male English voice calls combos during rounds โ "one, two, three", "slip, two", "head, body, head". Cadence is yours: light, standard, heavy, or off. Pick any voice installed on your device. Built-in presets and a custom editor. Boxing 3ร3, Kickboxing 5ร2, MMA 5ร5, HIIT 10ร30 โ plus a custom preset editor for any rounds, durations, and warning windows. Phase-aware visuals. Champion red during work, recovery blue during rest, gold pulse for the warning, gold celebration on completion. The whole screen tells you where you are without reading a number. Bluetooth heart-rate straps. Pair a Polar H10, Wahoo TICKR, Garmin HRM-Pro, or any chest strap implementing the standard heart-rate service. Falls back to Apple Watch via HealthKit when no strap is connected. Tap to pause, swipe to skip rest. The ring is a big tap target. The bell stays on time even when the screen is locked. Built for serious training Live heart rate, on-screen, big enough to read between exchanges. Workouts saved automatically as boxing sessions in the Apple Health and Fitness apps. Weekly stats with rounds, active minutes, and a daily training streak. Recent sessions list with average heart rate per workout. Three-two-one digits at the end of every round so you finish strong. Workout completion celebration: trophy, metrics, streak update. Designed for iOS Tab-bar navigation. Glass material pills. SF Pro Rounded for the timer digits. Honors Reduce Motion, Reduce Transparency, Increase Contrast, Dynamic Type, and VoiceOver. Background-audio mode keeps the bell ringing accurately when the screen is locked. Built for iOS 17 and later. Privacy No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your workouts stay on your devices. Train. Beast Plank

MOVE, AND THE CLOCK STOPS. Beast Plank is a plank timer that watches your joints in real time through your iPhone's camera. The clock only runs while you hold still. Drop an elbow, sway a hip, and it stops instantly. The beast does not miss. WHO IT IS FOR - Anyone whose "one minute plank" is really 40 seconds of shaking - Anyone who keeps counting while their form falls apart - Anyone who wants a referee at home that cannot be fooled - Anyone building a daily core-training habit AI STILLNESS JUDGING On-device pose estimation tracks your upper-body joints - head, shoulders, elbows and wrists - and up to 17 in total with lower-body judging on. Beast Plank measures how far each joint drifts and turns the moving ones red. Detect motion and the timer pauses automatically; hold still and it resumes on its own. SEE WHAT MOVED The screen names the joints that broke the hold, like "(L Shoulder, R Elbow)", so you learn exactly where your form gives out. TUNE HOW STRICT IT IS - Strictness: level 1-10. Higher levels react to smaller movements. - Reaction window: 0.2-2.0 seconds. Shorter reacts faster, longer tolerates wobble. - Countdown: 3-30 seconds to get into position before the clock starts. - Lower body: off by default, because the far leg hides behind the near one in a side view and causes false positives. FRAMING GUIDE Live guidance tells you when you are too close or too far, so your whole body stays in frame. If a joint leaves the frame, the timer stops as well. YOUR RECORD, KEPT Every cleared session is saved on your device: total sessions, total time, personal best, and the duration and pause count of each hold. Finish without a single pause and you earn the NO-STOP badge. 45 LANGUAGES The app follows your device language on first launch, and you can switch any time in Settings. PRIVACY: THE VIDEO NEVER LEAVES YOUR IPHONE - Pose estimation runs entirely on your device. - No camera frames, photos or video are ever stored - not even temporary files. - Joint coordinates and other analysis results are never uploaded. - Your plank history is stored only on your device. There is no cloud sync. PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) - No ads: hides every banner and video ad. - Longer timers: raise the limit from 60 seconds to 999 seconds. Plans - Monthly: $1.99 per month (auto-renewing) - Yearly: $19.99 per year (auto-renewing, 2 months free) Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. BEFORE YOU START The app uses your camera, so train in a well-lit space with room to fit your whole body in frame. IMPORTANT This app is not intended for medical, diagnostic or treatment purposes.
