Echo is a breakup recovery companion built around a research-informed 90-day healing program. It combines structure, reflection, and small daily actions so you can feel grounded, regain momentum, and move forward one day at a time. Instead of overwhelming you, Echo gives you a clear path: A 90-Day Program That Meets You Where You Are. A step-by-step recovery path designed for real life. Each phase helps you stabilize, process emotions, and rebuild healthy routines with small, consistent actions. WHAT'S INSIDE: Today — Your Daily Practice: Short morning and evening exercises drawn from CBT, ACT, and attachment theory. Spot your triggers, quiet the thought spirals, and understand your patterns — in five minutes a day. No Contact Tracker: Track your streak in real time. Log resists and relapses without shame. Set your own goal — 7, 30, 90 days — and get gentle support during the 2 a.m. urges. Journal + Discover: Open writing plus 300+ guided prompts, curated for where you are — anger, rumination, anxious attachment, identity loss, closure, and rebuilding self-worth. Letters You'll Never Send: Say the thing you couldn't. Write the goodbye you didn't get. Get it out of your head — safely, privately, with no risk of hitting send. The Garden: A living reflection of your consistency. Every check-in, entry, and no-contact day grows something. A quiet reminder that healing is happening. Echo Chat and Call: Chat or call support that actually knows your story. Echo draws on your journal entries, check-ins, and patterns to help you understand yourself more clearly — why this trigger keeps showing up, what your reflections reveal about your attachment style, where you've grown since week one. Not generic advice. A companion that's been paying attention. WHY IT WORKS Echo is designed around approaches used in evidence-based emotional skills work, including CBT and ACT principles: Naming thoughts and feelings clearly Reducing rumination loops Building acceptance and self-trust Taking values-aligned action, one day at a time Users in this category consistently look for: Structured programs (not just open-ended chat) No-contact accountability Guided journaling Visible progress over time Echo is built around exactly those needs. PRIVACY & CONTROL Your story is yours. We ask for clear consent before messages are used with AI providers, and we keep control in your hands. Echo is for reflection and emotional support. It is not therapy or medical care. If you’re in crisis, contact local emergency services or a trusted person immediately. Steadily is a habit tracker built around a simple idea: win the week, not every day. Perfect days are hard to repeat. Good weeks are different. Set a goal like work out three times a week, read twice, or meditate once. Any day can count. A busy Tuesday does not break anything. Miss a morning and there is still plenty of week left. The goal is not to be perfect today. It is to do enough, often enough, that the habit has a place in your life fifty-two weeks from now. ALWAYS IN SIGHT Steadily is meant to stay somewhere you can see it. Leave it open on a table, a shelf, an old tablet in the kitchen, or a spare phone on your desk. Walk past, notice the habits you care about, and tap when you do one. There is no alarm telling you to do something at 3:00 PM. No notification to swipe away and forget ten seconds later. The reminder works because the habit is simply there, in a place you naturally look during your day. A LIVING PAINTING OF YOUR YEAR Your whole year stays on screen as a field of watercolor dots. Each week you reach your goal, another week dries green. Over time, the little marks become a picture of how the year is actually going. Fifty-two weeks tell a more useful story than one missed day ever could. You can glance at the year and think, "I'm doing pretty well." Or notice a rough patch and decide to give a habit more attention. Sometimes you realize the goal never fit your life in the first place, and change it. The pattern matters more than any single dot. REST WEEKS, BECAUSE LIFE HAPPENS Sick? Traveling? Injured? Life sometimes needs the week more than your habits do. Mark it as a rest week and it will not count against your year. A rest week means, "I'm not quitting. I just can't do this right now." When the next week arrives, the habit is still there waiting for you. No guilt required. GENTLE BY DESIGN No daily streaks to lose. No badges. No guilt trips. No little tricks trying to pull you back into the app. I built Steadily after repeatedly abandoning habit trackers myself. What I wanted was something calm enough to live with every day, and useful enough to keep using long after the excitement of starting a new habit wore off. It is also meant to be nice to have around. The screen feels more like a watercolor painting than a dashboard, so leaving it visible in your home does not feel like leaving a productivity app open all day. AT HOME ON SCREENS YOU ALREADY OWN Steadily works on the screens you already have around. Put an old iPad by the door, leave a spare phone on your desk, or keep it on the iPhone in your pocket. No new hardware required. The painting changes with the light of the day, brightening in the morning and settling into calm, darker tones at night, so it feels at home in the room instead of glowing against it. ALSO IN THE BOX • Tap any day to log it - the week is what counts • Starter habits to get going in seconds • Day-cycle, light, and dark themes • A choice of living watercolor backgrounds • Optional account and sync across your devices • Export your year as a painting worth keeping Keep the things you care about in sight - and win the week, steadily.
