Dial Down gives you an easy way to limit time-wasting apps to one use per day. Pick a per-day duration for each app and you'll be prompted before you can open it. Once you open the app, you're limited to the time you chose โ€” whether you close it early or not. After that, the app is blocked for the rest of the day, no way around it. Free, no ads, and no data collection. In-app purchases are enabled for donations only.
