Talking to people shouldn't feel this hard. For a lot of us, it does. Freewill gives you one small real-world challenge a day. Say hi to the barista. Ask a coworker about their weekend. Speak up once in class. It takes about 5 minutes, and it starts smaller than you'd think. Accept it in the morning and guess how hard it'll be. Do it any time that day. Then come back and rate how it actually went. That gap is the whole point. Your brain has been predicting disaster, and every day you collect a little proof that it's usually wrong. That's exposure therapy and CBT in plain terms, turned into a daily habit. You also get a hermit crab. You name it, and it comes out of its shell across 7 levels as you keep showing up. Every level it earns, it keeps. The Cove is where people working on the same stuff hang out. Post how your challenge went, send a Snap when someone does something brave, and join rooms like Small Talk, Dating, Work or New in Town. You pick a handle, and your real name only shows to friends you add. Some days will still be hard. That's normal. The goal isn't to never feel nervous again. It's to keep practicing until nerves stop running the show. Your first 3 challenges are free No card needed. After your third challenge, Freewill Pro unlocks every challenge after that, the Cove and 2 Streak Restores a month for the days life gets in the way. - Yearly: $39.99 a year, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers - Monthly: $5.99 a month. Some new subscribers may be offered their first month for $2.99. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Freewill is a self-help tool for building social confidence. It isn't therapy or medical care, and it isn't meant for anyone in crisis.
