Posture Check

Posture Check is a posture practice app that uses compatible AirPods to give live alignment cues during short sitting or standing sessions. Free practice starts at three minutes, and Levels 1 and 2 are free. A desk day can pass before you notice how you're sitting. Take a short pause to pay attention to your posture and build a practice you can return to. START SMALL Free practice begins at three minutes. Wear compatible motion-capable AirPods, follow live alignment cues, and finish a sitting or standing session. Levels 1 and 2 are free, with a streak to mark your consistency. NO AIRPODS WITH YOU? Use a manual check-in to keep the awareness habit going. Live motion feedback and coaching require compatible AirPods; manual check-ins do not measure your alignment. BUILD YOUR PRACTICE The paid upgrade opens the full progression up to 15 minutes, posture walks, history and alignment trends. Optional all-day AirPods monitoring and Apple Watch nudges are there when you want them, but the daily practice can stay short. Motion is processed on your device. This app supports posture awareness and practice only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not promise to correct a condition or relieve pain. Both subscriptions renew automatically, and each offers a 7-day free trial when eligible. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or after an eligible trial. If you are not eligible, Apple charges at confirmation. The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices vary by region and are shown before purchase. About

FocusPosture

Features

Focus Posture is a focus timer that watches your head position through motion-capable AirPods. Start a session, put on your AirPods, and when your head drifts forward and stays there, your iPhone gives a short haptic tap. A quiet reminder to sit up, not an alarm. Made for long stretches at a desk: writing, coding, designing, studying. HOW IT WORKS • Choose a session length from 10 to 90 minutes (25 by default). • Hold a neutral posture for a few seconds while the app learns your baseline. • During the session you see a countdown, a posture ring with your head tilt in degrees, and a short status: Good posture, Drifting forward or Sit up a bit. • When your head stays past your threshold for the hold time (15 degrees for 20 seconds by default), your iPhone taps once. A cooldown (60 seconds by default) keeps the taps from repeating. • When the timer ends you see your share of good posture and how many nudges you got. MADE TO FIT YOU • Threshold from 8 to 30 degrees, hold time from 5 to 60 seconds, cooldown from 30 to 300 seconds. • Haptics can be switched off if you only want the numbers. HISTORY • A chart of the last seven days, your average share of good posture, and a list of sessions with their good-posture share and nudges. APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL) • Off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, finished sessions are saved to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. Focus Posture never reads your Health data. PRIVATE • No account, no ads, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. • Motion data is read only while a session runs, and your sessions are stored on your iPhone. WORKS WITH Focus Posture needs AirPods with built-in motion sensors: • AirPods Pro (1st, 2nd and 3rd generation) • AirPods Max • AirPods (3rd generation) • AirPods 4 AirPods (2nd generation) have no motion sensors, so posture sensing does not work with them. GOOD TO KNOW Focus Posture senses your posture while it is open on the screen, and keeps the screen awake during a session. If you lock your iPhone or switch to another app, sensing stops. Motion sensing and a screen that stays on use battery. A NOTE ABOUT WELLNESS Focus Posture is a wellness aid for general posture awareness and habit-building. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or evaluate any health condition. If you have persistent neck, back or shoulder discomfort, please see a qualified healthcare professional.
