Staxen vs Crewplate

Talk through the job on the drive home. By the time you pull in, the estimate is written, priced, and sitting in your client's inbox. Staxen is three AI employees for your trade business. You talk, they do the paperwork. EDDIE WRITES THE ESTIMATES Describe the job out loud and Eddie prices it against real material and labor rates, writes it up, and sends a professional estimate your client can sign on their phone. Upload a set of plans and he takes off the materials too. JOSIE RUNS THE JOBS Every job on a calendar, visits booked by voice, reminders that go out on their own, and change orders your client approves with a tap. The week stays straight without you running it out of your head. IVY GETS YOU PAID Invoices go out the moment the work wraps, with a payment link your clients actually use. Ivy chases the unpaid ones and keeps QuickBooks in sync. AND STAXEN REMEMBERS Your rates, your clients, your rules of thumb. The more you tell it, the less you repeat yourself. When a client pays, Staxen asks them for a Google review on your behalf. BUILT FOR Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, painters, concrete, framing, masonry, drywall, siding, flooring, carpentry, landscaping, handymen, remodelers, and every trade that prices its own work. WHY CONTRACTORS SWITCH Estimating is unbilled time. Every hour spent measuring, pricing and typing is an hour nobody pays for. Staxen hands that time back and puts the first professional number in front of the client before your competitor has opened their laptop. No forms to fill. No templates to configure. No weekend lost to setting up software. Notifications land in one feed, and the app icon shows what is waiting. SUBSCRIPTION AI Contractor Crew, $149/month, includes Eddie, Josie and Ivy.
