Daily Affirm puts one affirmation on your Home Screen and changes it for you: once a day at a time you pick, or a few times a day inside hours you set. You don't need to open the app to read it. There's no subscription. Premium is a one-time unlock that stays yours, and the free version is the full app, not a trial. There are 1,700 affirmations in 17 categories. They range from daily motivation, self-love and anxiety relief to abundance & money, good habits, grief & healing, and recovery. Each language has its own library, written for that language and reviewed line by line rather than translated word for word. All 18 are complete. Everything is stored on your device, so it works offline. The widget comes in small, medium and large for the Home Screen, three sizes for the Lock Screen, and StandBy. Choose one of 10 themes, or make your own: any color or photo behind the text, your fonts and colors, with a live preview as you edit. You can also write your own affirmations. They join the same rotation and show up on the widget, in Today, in Favorites and in Share. Triple-tap a word to make it stand out. Keep the lines you like in Favorites. Share one as an image. Hide the ones that aren't for you, and they leave the rotation. Smart categories fill themselves. A Favorites category brings every affirmation you like to the widget and Today. Short Only keeps just the short affirmations from the categories you choose, and new ones join on their own. With Premium, add either one from New Category in the Library. If you'd like a heads-up when the affirmation changes, turn on the alert. Otherwise the app stays quiet. It won't ask for a rating on day one, it won't guilt you about streaks, and it won't push an upgrade before you've had a chance to use it. The free version gives you the widget in every size, 3 categories you choose (300 affirmations), 3 themes, favorites, sharing and the schedule. It shows one small banner ad. Premium removes the ad, opens all 17 categories and all 10 themes, adds smart categories, and lets you write your own affirmations and design your own themes. You'll see three prices. Each one unlocks exactly the same thing, so pick whichever feels fair. There's no account to create. Restore Purchases brings Premium back on a new device, and your favorites, your own affirmations and your settings return with your iCloud backup.

About

Nash Training

Features

Nash Training brings strength, cardio, and functional training together without turning your workout into a social feed. Each lane includes practical session guidance, progress history, education, and plain-language reasons behind recommendations. Start with one permanent free workout in every lane, or activate the one-time 7-day full-access trial. The trial asks for no payment, never renews, and can never charge you automatically. Choose a one-time purchase for Strength, Cardio, or Functional, or unlock all three with Complete Lifetime Access. The App Store shows the current localized price before purchase. There is no subscription, recurring charge, advertising, or Nash account. Apple Health is optional. When you turn it on in a training section, Nash Training can save completed workouts to Apple Health. During a timed Cardio session, it can also read heart-rate samples you choose to share. Core training works without Apple Health. Training suggestions are educational, not medical advice. Stop for sharp or concerning pain and seek an appropriate professional.
