ASHR blends three sensory layers into one immersive experience that gently transforms your inner state. TUNE Binaural audio, resonant tones, tuned frequencies, and nature soundscapes shift the nervous system into calm, focus, or sleep. IMMERSE ASMR and adaptive 3D visual worlds respond to you, deepening the shift and holding your attention gently in place. GUIDE Voice-guided practices and breathwork are woven into the experience itself, no skills, no discipline, no habit to maintain. Grounded in research in psychoacoustics, neuroscience, and visual perception. Made for anyone who can't switch off after work, loses an hour to the feed, or feels their mind race at night. No streaks. No pressure. No way to fail. Step in. Walk out realigned. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internetservices/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://privacy.ashr.com/

About

Nash Training

Features

Nash Training brings strength, cardio, and functional training together without turning your workout into a social feed. Each lane includes practical session guidance, progress history, education, and plain-language reasons behind recommendations. Start with one permanent free workout in every lane, or activate the one-time 7-day full-access trial. The trial asks for no payment, never renews, and can never charge you automatically. Choose a one-time purchase for Strength, Cardio, or Functional, or unlock all three with Complete Lifetime Access. The App Store shows the current localized price before purchase. There is no subscription, recurring charge, advertising, or Nash account. Apple Health is optional. When you turn it on in a training section, Nash Training can save completed workouts to Apple Health. During a timed Cardio session, it can also read heart-rate samples you choose to share. Core training works without Apple Health. Training suggestions are educational, not medical advice. Stop for sharp or concerning pain and seek an appropriate professional.
