Tempo is a focused interval timer for workouts that need structure without getting in your way. Build sessions for HIIT, Tabata, running, walking, Japanese interval walking, jump rope, abs, boxing, hiking, mobility, or your own custom training rhythm. Create interval workouts quickly with work, rest, warmup, cooldown, repeat groups, labels, distance targets, and optional GPS tracking. Start from Tempo presets or make your own timers for anything from 30/30 jump rope to long run-walk sessions. During a workout, Tempo keeps the important things readable: current interval, time left, elapsed time, next intervals, distance, pace, heart rate, calories, and steps when enabled. Audio cues, haptics, countdowns, and the Tempo jingle help you stay on track while your music keeps playing. Tempo is built for real training: - Fast workout builder with labels, duplicate, reorder, and repeat groups - Default workouts for walking, running, HIIT, jump rope, abs, boxing, hiking, and more - Japanese interval walking: 3 minutes fast, 3 minutes easy, for 30 minutes - Time, distance, and step-based interval options - Optional GPS for distance and pace tracking - Optional Health access for heart rate, calories, steps, and workout summaries - Live interval list so you can see what is coming next - Workout history with redo, summaries, splits, distance, calories, and steps - Audio cues, vibration cues, countdowns, and progress cue settings - Front or back camera video mode with a minimal timer overlay - Themes, unit settings, and cue preferences that stay remembered Tempo respects that not every interval workout is a run. Use it for conditioning, strength circuits, outdoor walks, treadmill work, jump rope rounds, boxing rounds, focused mobility, or any timer-based routine. Privacy matters. Tempo does not sell or share your workout data. Health, GPS, camera, motion, and notification access are optional and are used only for the interval features you choose to enable. Tempo Premium unlocks unlimited custom interval workouts, removes start ads, enables video mode, and adds live heart rate, calorie, and step metrics. A one-time lifetime purchase and weekly option are available. Privacy Policy: https://foggoapps.vercel.app/tempo/privacy.html Terms of Use: https://foggoapps.vercel.app/tempo/terms.html
Aruki

Walk. That's all it takes. Aruki is a calm, premium coach for "Japanese walking" -- the interval method of 3 minutes brisk, 3 minutes easy, repeated five times for a 30-minute walk. Voice guidance tells you when to switch, so you never have to watch the screen. Just put in your earbuds and walk. WHY INTERVAL WALKING The method comes from research by Prof. Hiroshi Nose at Shinshu University in Japan and is widely followed as a Zone 2 aerobic walking routine. Aruki makes it easy to do consistently -- no flashy gimmicks, just a quiet, well-made guide. DON'T THINK -- JUST LISTEN Phase changes are announced with voice, a chime, and a gentle haptic, with a 3-second countdown. Audio keeps playing in the background and on the lock screen, ducking your music instead of stopping it. SEE YOUR ZONE 2 (Apple Health, optional) Aruki reads your heart rate to show when you're in Zone 2, the aerobic sweet spot, and writes finished sessions to Apple Health as workouts so they count toward your Activity rings. Heart-rate access is optional -- the interval timer works fully without it. STREAKS THAT STAY KIND Miss a day and your streak doesn't reset to zero. A 28-day calendar and weekly view let you look back on your own rhythm, gently. WIDGETS & LIVE ACTIVITY Keep your streak, this week's progress, and the season on your Home and Lock Screen. During a session, the Dynamic Island shows remaining time and heart rate. SEASONS OF JAPAN Your walks are shown alongside the 24 micro-seasons (sekki) of the traditional Japanese calendar -- a quiet sense of the year turning. PRIVACY All of your data, including health data, is processed on your device only. Nothing is sent to a server, collected, or shared. No account required. No third-party ads or tracking. ARUKI PRO The core experience lets you start with interval timing, voice guidance, basic streaks, and recent history. Aruki Pro unlocks Zone 2 heart-rate analysis, unlimited history and weekly trends, custom plans, and seasonal themes. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
