Interséance vs Ollisto

Interséance is an app designed to support what happens between psychotherapy sessions. Between two appointments, many things can emerge: an emotion, a thought, a memory, a question, a sensation, a difficult moment, a realization. Often, these elements are lost before the next session. Interséance helps you keep track of them, at your own pace, in a simple, calm and structured space. With Interséance, you can: • write freely about what is going through you • keep notes to bring to your sessions • record important memories, sensations or observations • return to stabilization resources • use a calming place as a point of reference • prepare your next appointments more easily The app does not try to replace therapy. It offers a discreet space between sessions, to support your personal and therapeutic continuity. Interséance can be helpful if you want to: • remember what you meant to bring up • set something down without having to analyze it right away • keep track of what keeps coming back • find an anchor when you feel activated • gently give shape to what emerges between two sessions The interface is designed to remain sober, readable and calming. No overload. No pressure. No goals to reach. A space to write things down, come back to yourself, and hold on to what matters. Important: Interséance is a support tool. It does not replace a health professional, psychotherapy, medical care or emergency services. In case of significant distress, immediate danger or suicidal thoughts, contact a health professional, someone you trust or your country's emergency services.
