Menolora is a free, private menopause tracker for keeping your own record through perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Over 200 varieties of menopause hormone therapy—details matter. Menolora helps you keep track of your treatments and symptoms, so you can have clearer conversations with your healthcare professional. Log symptoms, cycle changes and flow, intensity, and notes in the moments that matter. Add more than one entry per day, if you need to. Add forgotten days and find recorded days on the symptom calendar. A score of 0 records that the selected symptom was absent; days without entries stay empty. Keep treatment details — such as name, manufacturer, form, product strength, amount used, frequency, and start or end dates — beside your symptom record. Treatment stays in the main navigation at every stage. Record cycle observations from the first category in the Symptom tab. Optional on-device reminders can help you remember a schedule you chose. Menolora records what you enter; it does not verify medicines or doses, recommend a treatment, or tell you to change one. Open the Share tab to share what you use. Choose your current products and preview a card showing each product’s name, company, active ingredients and strength, where recorded. Send it as an image through WhatsApp, Messages or another app. Personal doses, frequency, use dates, notes and symptoms are not included; nothing is shared until you choose to. See your timeline and compare the patterns in your own record over time. Treatment-phase views place your entries beside the dates you recorded; they do not show a treatment’s effect or explain why symptoms changed. See a personal summary of the last 7 or 28 days. Choose symptoms and review daily averages, recorded days and treatment dates. Missing entries stay unknown; a summary does not assess treatment effects. Prepare for a health visit with your priorities, questions, selected records and notes. Return to your preparation later, then include it in a PDF covering one, two or three calendar months. Visit notes and follow-up details are included only if you choose. Your private symptom, cycle and treatment diary is stored on your device. This release has no sign-in account or Menolora cloud backup. Uninstalling permanently removes local records. Apple Health is optional. If you allow access, Menolora can read the sleep, heart-rate, and menstrual-flow data you choose to share alongside your entries. It never writes to Apple Health or iCloud. You can use all manual tracking without Apple Health. From Settings, read 12 short, source-cited menopause guides. Follow links to professional sources and available longer website guides. Educational content is not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. FEATURES • Free private diary; no account required • 50 symptom choices across temperature, sleep, mood, focus, intimate and urinary, and body changes • Multiple entries per day, 0–10 intensity ratings, and notes • Cycle and flow tracking, with optional pain and symptom detail • Private treatment records, schedules, and on-device reminders • Treatment at every stage; cycle observations in Symptom • A share card for your current products, as an image • Your timeline, symptom patterns, and treatment-phase views • Personal summaries for 7 or 28 days • Reusable visit preparation and a PDF covering one, two or three calendar months • Optional, read-only Apple Health context • Turkish and English from first open • Light, dark, and system appearance Menolora is a personal self-tracking tool.
