Your schedule fights your body. A night shift, a new baby, jet lag, or one deadline that ate your sleep. When last night doesn't go to plan, every productivity app you've tried still plans today as though it did, and that's why none of them stuck. Reserve organizes your whole life, not just a task list. The goals, the habits, the people, the half-made decisions, sorted in about three minutes into the areas that actually make up a life. Then it uses your sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate to help you decide what today can hold: what to focus on, what to release, and why. Every morning, get one short coaching note based on your recovery, values, and goals. Low-energy day? Reserve asks less. Well recovered? It helps you aim higher. Insights appear only when the data shows a moderate or strong correlation—and Reserve tells you how many days support it. If the pattern isn't there, it stays quiet. WHAT'S INSIDE • Daily coaching: Guidance shaped by recovery, values, and goals • Your coach: Talk anytime; it remembers your goals, values, and week • Audio Mode: Listen and respond hands-free, if you choose • Life Wheel: Check in across nine areas of life, set goals, and see trends • Three tasks: Doable next steps matched to your energy • Evening wind-down: Reflect, reset, and set tomorrow's intention • Weekly review: Reassess priorities and evolve your goals • Brain Dump: Capture what's on your mind and sort it into the right area of life WORKS WITH YOU Connect Apple Health—including Apple Watch, Garmin, and many other wearables—Oura Ring, or WHOOP. No wearable? Use a quick morning check-in instead. Irregular schedule? Reserve reads your calendar properly. A 7pm-to-7am counts as one night's work on the night it belongs to, not half a day twice, and Reserve picks up your rotation instead of assuming a standard week. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data and reflections stay on your device. Reserve has no account and stores no health data. Coach messages pass through a minimal relay that protects our AI-provider keys; it does not retain your messages or responses. We retain only subscription status and, if you enable Audio Mode, your monthly spoken-character count. Both use a random identifier, not your identity. Audio Mode is optional and off by default. When enabled, it sends written coaching replies to Google's text-to-speech service. Your microphone audio never leaves your phone. No ads. No tracking. Nothing sold. Export your data to iCloud or a file anytime. RESERVE PRO Reserve Pro unlocks daily coaching, coach conversations, Audio Mode, weekly-review synthesis, and Brain Dump sorting. Start with a 7-day free trial, then choose US$9.99/month or US$79.99/year. Tasks, Life Wheel, evening wind-down, and full data export remain free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account settings. Reserve is a coaching tool—not medical care or therapy. It does not diagnose or treat conditions; it helps you use your energy with intention. why?

why? We don’t think your phone is the enemy. And we don’t think every minute on your screen is a minute wasted. Sometimes you open Instagram because you need to reply to someone. Sometimes you open YouTube because you want to watch something. Sometimes you just want to do nothing. That’s okay. The problem isn’t using your phone. The problem is using it without choosing to. We unlock. We tap. We scroll. And somewhere along the way, we stop knowing why we started. So we built why? Not to block you. Not to shame you. Not to tell you how many hours of your life you’ve wasted. Just one small question, at the moment it matters: Why? Why are you opening this? What are you looking for? What do you actually want to do? Sometimes, asking the question is enough. Sometimes, you’ll realize you do want to continue. Good. Continue. Sometimes you’ll realize you don’t. Good. Close it. Both are wins. Because the goal isn’t less screen time. The goal isn’t perfect discipline. The goal isn’t becoming someone who never scrolls. The goal is something much simpler: To put you back in the driver’s seat. A phone should be a tool you pick up, not a place you disappear into. So pause. Ask yourself. And choose. Why? FREE & PRO why? is free for two apps. Pro removes the two-app limit. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and, for renewals, within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. REQUIREMENTS why? requires Screen Time access, which iOS requests during setup. You can withdraw this permission at any time. Showing all three answers together requires iOS 26.4 or later. On earlier versions, the question still appears with one answer and a way back. Fifteen minutes is the shortest access window Apple’s system allows. PRIVACY No account. No sign-up. No ads.
