Precise VBT and jump analysis. All on your iPhone. Arcus VBT brings velocity-based training and jump performance analysis together. Record live or import a video to measure performance, review technique and track progress—without an additional wearable sensor. PRECISE VBT. HARDWARE-GRADE ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY. Turn your iPhone into a VBT training tool. Analyze squats, bench presses, deadlifts, snatches, clean and jerks, and more. Track barbell movement with hardware-grade accuracy and reliability to monitor training intensity, understand fatigue and guide load selection. Explore mean and peak velocity, velocity loss, power and range of motion. Review joint angles, bar paths and movement phases to understand both individual reps and overall set performance. PRECISE JUMP ANALYSIS. MEASURE EVERY TAKEOFF. With proper technique, jump height measurements differ from force plate measurements by approximately 1 cm. Choose from five modes: CMJ (countermovement jump), CMJA (countermovement jump with arm swing), SJ (squat jump), DJ (drop jump) and POGO (repeated hops). Review jump height, takeoff velocity, flight time, contact time, time to takeoff, and RSI or RSI-mod where applicable. Explore individual jump replays, consistency, historical trends, same-day arm-swing gain and EUR comparisons. Supported modes also offer estimated peak power. Available metrics depend on the movement and required input data. LIVE VOICE FEEDBACK Choose announcements for velocity, power, rep count or velocity loss. Hear your performance during training and adjust your rhythm as you go. SYNCHRONIZED MOVEMENT AND DATA REPLAY Replay metric cards, velocity curves, joint angles and bar paths in sync with your movement. Rep intervals show the time between repetitions to help you review training rhythm. Supported deadlift variations also display a lower-back contour and curve to help review changes in torso posture. BUILD YOUR LVP. PERSONALIZE YOUR LOADS. Build a load–velocity profile from multiple sets. Personal OMVT calibration supports individualized 1RM estimates. Compare sets, reps and previous sessions to make more informed training decisions. TRACK PROGRESS. SHARE YOUR TRAINING. Explore training history and progress trends. Export videos with metric overlays and training posters, and sync records across devices. Separate Coach plans support athlete and training-record management. About

Flow Squat

Features

Flow Squat is a live squat-depth judge for wall-ball training. Prop your iPhone up, let the front camera see you, and get a verdict on each completed squat — VALID or NO REP — while you train. HOW IT WORKS • Set your phone on the floor or a box, facing you from the side or rear. • Flow Squat finds your position automatically — no manual calibration picking. • A countdown gets you into position, then completed squats are judged in real time. • Each rep counts only when you reach the required depth. Short reps are called NO REP. • Optional audio cues announce the countdown, rep verdicts, and the end of your set. OPTIONAL WORKOUT VIDEO • Turn on Record Workout in Settings to make a silent video of your set. • Preview the video in Result at 1×, 4×, or 8× speed. • Choose Save Video to add a copy to Photos, or Share Video to select a destination using the iOS share sheet. • Auto-Save Video to Photos is a separate Settings option, off by default. When enabled, it saves one original-speed copy after the set. • Leaving Result removes the app's temporary video. Flow Squat warns you first if you have not saved or shared it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Squat analysis runs on your device. Avocado Lab does not receive your live camera feed or workout videos. • Workout recording is optional and off by default. No microphone access is requested. • No account, sign-in, analytics, or advertising. • Session history and per-rep results stay on your phone, and you can delete them in the app. FOR TRAINERS WHO COUNT • Live rep counter with session history. • Side and rear camera placements supported. • Review every rep of a past session rep by rep. A NOTE ON SCOPE Flow Squat is a training aid for personal practice. It does not certify wall-ball compliance with any official rulebook, and it is not a substitute for a human judge in competition. Flow Squat requires an iPhone with a front camera. Camera access is used only while you are training.
