VICI organizes everything into a structured weekly plan designed to fit your schedule. TRAIN WITH FOCUS Open your daily workout and follow each exercise step by step. Log your weight, reps, effort, rest periods, substitutions, technique confidence, and any pain or concerns directly within the session. ADAPT AFTER EVERY WORKOUT VICI evaluates your completed sessions and uses your performance, feedback, recovery, and safety information to guide future recommendations. Your training evolves as you progress instead of remaining locked into the same static routine. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Review completed workouts, training consistency, strength trends, muscle-group performance, and workout history over time. See what you have accomplished and stay focused on what comes next. SAFETY-FIRST COACHING Pain, limitations, and recovery take priority over progression. LiftBar
Read full descriptionHide full description
LiftBar is a workout-tracking app that gives you the most simple user experience possible. It has no Ai-coach, social-feed or any other feature that distracts you from just logging your workouts and moving on with your day. It’s also completely free and has no ads. LiftBar’s core features are logging workouts, viewing your exercise progression, and making templates. A more comprehensive list: Auto-Fill (my personal favorite): Fill every set in your workout with your previous values, plus whatever amount you enter. Exercise Tracking: Track your exercise progression with a graph, or view the best set from each workout under the "Top Sets" header. Failure Marking: Mark any set as a failure set. Workout Clock: Keep track of how long your workout has been. Workout Cards: Every logged workout gets its own card in the History tab. Open it to view the workout or save it as a template. Template Creation: Create templates so you don't have to add the same exercises every time. Workout Logging: Start a workout from a template or create one from scratch.
