Box Breathing

Box Breathing enriched my life coming back to civilian life. It inspired me to create an app, because I found having a visual anchor helped me. I hope this enriches your life. • Guided 4–4–4–4 box breathing • A visual cue that shows when to breathe, hold, and release • Designed for quick resets during stress, work, study, or sleep prep • No accounts, no feeds, no streak pressure • Private by design • Helps you reset during stress, focus, study, or sleep prep Terms: https://myworkingmemory.ai/boxbreathing-terms.html Privacy: https://myworkingmemory.ai/boxbreathing-privacy.html P.S. It wasn't easy for me to start doing this exercise, so the fact that you're here, please acknowledge your success. Please spread the word about my app. You'd be helping a small business.

"I'm never smoking again." I made that decision and threw away the cigarettes I had. But determination alone does not change a person. You decide not to smoke, then smoke again. You decide to change, then return to the same day. What you lose each time is not only your health or your money. The feeling that you cannot even keep a promise you made to yourself begins to remain inside you. If you keep telling yourself that you will change tomorrow, tomorrow will probably be the same. So I stopped trying to solve a lifetime of not smoking. First, move the next cigarette out of reach. Prepare something else to do when the urge comes. Face the life you do not want to return to and what you want to regain. Then get through only the first 72 hours. BreakThree turns what I actually did to get through those first three days into one guided sequence. This app will not turn you into a different person. But it will show you, one step at a time, what you can do right now to avoid the next cigarette. Once you begin, three candles and the remaining time quietly show your progress through the 72 hours. When the urge to smoke appears, open the 30-second breathing screen and pause. Main features • Progress through the first 72 hours after quitting • Preparation to move the next cigarette out of reach • Alternative actions you can prepare in advance • Reminders of the life you do not want to return to • Reminders of what you want to regain • A 30-second support screen for cravings • Small and medium widgets • A three-day record stored on your device Not tomorrow. Start with the next cigarette. Not forever. Start with 72 hours. BreakThree is not a substitute for medical care or treatment. If you experience severe withdrawal symptoms or feel unwell, contact a qualified healthcare professional or smoking-cessation service.
