A VERTIGO TRACKER THAT WATCHES WITH YOU VertigoMe keeps one clear record of your vertigo and dizziness and the everyday things around it. Link Apple Health or Health Connect, Garmin, Oura or Polar and your sleep, heart rate and recovery come in automatically. Live weather is logged for your location, because pressure swings are one of the most commonly reported triggers. Link a food app or scan a meal and ingredients like sodium, caffeine and alcohol are noted in your diary. A DIZZINESS DIARY THAT TAKES SECONDS Log a spin by voice, by text, or with one tap from your own list of symptoms, triggers, medicines and reliefs. Say "woke up with the room spinning, took 16mg betahistine" and VertigoMe sorts the details for you. Record the type of dizziness, how long it lasted, the head position that set it off, nausea, hearing changes and what helped. YOUR DAILY RISK SCORE Every trigger and early warning sign you log in the last seven days fills your personal bucket, recent days weighted more than older ones. The home screen gauge shows how full it is today, and a 7-day outlook shows where you are heading. The thresholds are tuned to you and recalibrated weekly against what actually happened, so the gauge learns from your own spins. GUIDED HOME EXERCISES Six guided routines for vestibular rehabilitation, each with step-by-step positions, timers and safety notes: Epley, Semont, BBQ roll, Brandt-Daroff, balance retraining and habituation. The phone's sensors coach your head angle in real time and measure your sway. Run them as daily practice, or from inside a spin log so Insights can track whether they help you. Use the routines your clinician has shown you. INSIGHTS THAT ANSWER BACK The Insights tab turns your diary into patterns: which triggers show up most before your spins, which pairs are risky together, which medicines and reliefs you rated as helping, and how well the risk gauge is matching reality. Ask VertigoMe anything in plain English and it answers from your own data. "What showed up before yesterday's spin?" "How has my sleep been this week?" FOR YOUR DOCTOR The Dizziness Handicap Inventory is built in, so you can retake it and watch the score over time. When it is time for the appointment, a detailed PDF report brings your diary along: frequency, duration, triggers, treatments, trends. FOR THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU Invite a caregiver to witness your spins and log observations on your behalf. You decide what they can see and can revoke access at any time. And on the days you are stuck on the couch, the community is there. Whether you live with BPPV, vestibular migraine, Meniere's disease, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis, PPPD or MdDS, VertigoMe gives you one organised place to record and understand your experience. TRY EVERYTHING FREE Your first 14 days include every premium feature automatically. No card details, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. The trial just ends, and core tracking stays free. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: VertigoMe is an informational, self-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent vertigo or any other medical condition, and it does not provide medical advice. About

Equilo

Features

Equilo is a diary for people living with Ménière's disease and recurring vertigo. Record attacks even while everything is spinning, and walk into your appointment with clear notes. ONE ATTACK, ONE TAP - Start logging in the app, on Apple Watch, with the Action button, with Siri, in Control Center or right from the Lock Screen, even when your iPhone is locked. - A live timer runs in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen. - Afterwards Equilo asks just two things: type and severity, with three large buttons. Everything else is optional. - Every attack is different: add your own symptoms, such as "tingling in the face", and tap them next time. On Apple Watch too. HELP WHEN IT HITS - Acute help with a calm breathing rhythm and simple steps to lie down safely. - One tap calls your trusted contact or sends them a message with your location. - An explainer card for first responders and family, with the warning signs that mean calling your emergency number right away. READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, ALL FREE - Page 1 of the doctor report is a summary for the first minutes: your questions, attacks by duration (Bárány classes), hearing, daily life and treatment. - Vertigo diary as a PDF, one row per day: type, duration, severity, how it started, symptoms and what you did. - Hearing history: enter audiograms from your ENT or primary care doctor or use the AirPods hearing test from Apple Health, shown as a low-frequency trend. - Treatment over time: attacks before and after a treatment, side by side. - Prepare your appointment: collect questions in one place. - Record an eye video during an attack so your doctor can see the eye movements. - Raw data as CSV. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE - Medications with reminders and "Taken" right in the notification. Equilo counts your supply and tells you before the pack runs out. - Last night: sleep, resting heart rate and heart rate variability from Apple Health, compared with your own normal. No scores. - Days since your last attack, without judgment and without goals. - Daily entry with balance, mood, strain, sleep, tinnitus burden and ear fullness per ear, plus hearing aid or cochlear implant if you use one. Only what you tap is saved. - Warning signs (aura), your own triggers and a salt trend. - "How I'm doing": your day, week or month as an image for family and partner. - Help and self-help: checked patient organizations in the U.K., the U.S., Australia and Europe. HONEST, NOT HYPED Equilo does not promise predictions. The personal pattern analysis checks whether sleep, stress, mood, vital signs or weather line up with your attacks, and openly tests whether it would have been right in hindsight. Knowledge with sources: guidelines, Cochrane reviews, recent studies and a myth check. YOUR DATA IS YOURS No account. No ads. No tracking. Your entries stay on your device and, if you want, in your private iCloud. Eye videos can stay on this device only. Values from Apple Health stay in Apple Health. EQUILO PLUS (OPTIONAL) Personal pattern analysis with a hindsight check, weather and air pressure trend, an alert for large pressure changes and plain-language summaries. Monthly, yearly with one month free, or a one-time purchase with Family Sharing. Everything your doctor sees stays free. Made by Till Heidrich in Germany, built for his own mother. Important: Equilo is a diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose and does not replace medical advice. Get new or unusual symptoms checked by a doctor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
