Skip & Save
Read full descriptionHide full description
Stop impulse spending before it happens. Skip & Save isn’t another budgeting app. It doesn’t tell you where your money has already gone. Instead, it helps you change what happens before you spend. Every day we’re faced with countless opportunities to make impulse purchases. A coffee on the way to work. Another takeaway because you’re tired. A late-night online shopping session. Clothes you don’t really need. A gadget that feels exciting for five minutes before becoming another forgotten purchase. These decisions often happen in seconds. Skip & Save acts as a behavioural circuit breaker, helping you pause, recognise the impulse and consciously decide whether you really want to spend your money. Instead of asking: “What did I buy?” Skip & Save asks a much more powerful question: “What did I choose not to buy?” That simple shift changes everything. Every purchase you decide not to make becomes a positive action instead of a missed opportunity. Rather than feeling like you’ve deprived yourself, you begin building visible proof that you’re making smarter financial decisions. The goal isn’t to stop spending money forever. Life is meant to be enjoyed. Skip & Save isn’t about guilt, restrictions or saying no to everything. It’s about helping you spend intentionally rather than impulsively. Buy the things that genuinely improve your life, but recognise the purchases driven by boredom, habit, stress, convenience or temporary emotion. Every coffee you walked past. Every takeaway you resisted. Every unnecessary subscription you cancelled. Every online checkout you closed. Every impulse purchase you decided wasn’t worth it. Every one of those moments becomes measurable progress. Instead of disappearing into your bank statement, those decisions become something you can celebrate. Over time you’ll begin to notice patterns in your behaviour. You may discover you’re most likely to impulse spend after work, when you’re tired, when you’re bored, or while scrolling online. Awareness is the first step towards lasting behavioural change. Skip & Save transforms those small everyday decisions into motivation by rewarding positive habits and helping you build consistency over time. Rather than making you feel guilty about money you’ve already spent, Skip & Save helps you recognise spending decisions before they happen. Each skip reinforces a healthier habit. Each decision builds confidence. Each moment of self-control becomes visible progress. Small decisions repeated consistently can create remarkable long-term change. Whether you’re trying to reduce impulse spending, become more mindful with money, save towards a goal, or simply become more intentional with your finances, Skip & Save helps you recognise and celebrate every positive decision along the way. Your progress isn’t measured by what you bought. It’s measured by what you chose not to buy. Small skips. Big future.

Dosh Pot answers one everyday money question: how much of your current balance is really available after the rest of this month’s payments? Enter your current balance and regular payments once. Dosh Pot subtracts payments due today or later this month, then shows what’s left, how many days remain, and a whole-pound daily allowance that never rounds up. PLAN WITH CLARITY • See your available balance after upcoming payments • Separate payments still to go from payments already gone • See your suggested daily allowance for the remaining days of the month • Make one-off changes to payment dates or amounts without losing your regular setup • Reset temporary changes whenever you need to MAKE IT FIT YOUR LIFE • Create separate pots for the accounts, budgets, or spending plans you want to track • Give each pot its own name, icon, and colour • Add individual payments or group related payments into a single summary • Choose which pots appear in your widget KEEP IT CLOSE • Add a Dosh Pot widget to your Home Screen or Today View • Check your amount left on Apple Watch and use an amount-left complication • Ask Siri or use App Shortcuts to open Dosh Pot or check what’s left SHARE A HOUSEHOLD POT Invite family members with iCloud accounts to share a household balance and regular-payment list. Everyone can help keep the same plan up to date. YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL Dosh Pot does not connect to your bank or move money. You enter the balance and payments yourself. Your data is stored on your devices and, when household sharing is enabled, synchronised using Apple’s iCloud services. An internet connection and iCloud sign-in are required for sharing. Dosh Pot is a planning tool and does not provide financial advice. DOSH POT PRO One purchase unlocks the complete Dosh Pot experience, including multiple pots and Apple Watch support. Restore your purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.
