Pause helps you scroll on purpose. Lowers your screen time. We all reach for the same apps on autopilot. Pause puts a small, calming puzzle between you and those apps, so opening one becomes a choice, not a reflex. HOW IT WORKS • Choose the apps you want to pause. • When you try to open one, Pause asks you to solve a quick puzzle first. • Solve it, and the app unlocks for 15 minutes of intentional use. • When time's up, the pause comes back automatically. That tiny moment of friction is enough to break the autopilot—and remind you why you picked up your phone in the first place. NINE CALMING PUZZLES Word Jumble, Mini Crossword, Sliding Tile, Ball Sort, Connect the Colors, Maze, Sixdoku, and more. Every unlock is a small mental reset instead of a mindless tap. DESIGNED FOR INTENTION, NOT RESTRICTION Pause isn't about locking yourself out—it's about adding just enough space to choose. No guilt, no lectures. Just a gentle pause. PAUSE PREMIUM • Unlock all nine puzzles • Remove ads • Start with a 7-day free trial, then annual or monthly Your privacy comes first. Pause uses Apple's Screen Time technology, and the apps you choose never leave your device. Scroll less by accident. Scroll more on purpose. — SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Pause Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. (7-day free trial for new subscribers) • Annual — $74.99/year • Monthly — $9.99/month Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Bouncer blocks distracting apps. You decide when each rule applies and how strict to make it. ADD RULES Choose apps to block, like TikTok, Instagram or Snapchat. Schedule a window for sleep, work or focus, or set a daily usage limit. Start with Sleep, Focus or Social, or make your own rule. A blocked app has no unlock button. Open Bouncer if you want temporary access. CHOOSE A LEVEL Normal: Wait a few seconds, then use the blocked apps for up to 15 minutes. High: After each successful unblock, the next wait gets longer and your time with the apps gets shorter. Lockdown: The apps stay blocked until your chosen window ends. There is no countdown to wait out, and you cannot edit or turn off the rule while it is active. Normal and High countdowns pause if you leave the unblock screen or lock your iPhone. Walking away does not make the next High wait longer. Changing or turning off an active Normal or High rule also requires a wait, unless temporary access is already running. To end a Lockdown early, use the Emergency Pass in Settings if it is available. It turns off all active Lockdown rules, while Normal and High stay on. The pass returns seven days after use. TRACK YOUR SCREEN TIME See your daily average in blocked apps and your total screen time. The figures come from Screen Time on your iPhone. Bouncer does not invent time saved. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE No account needed. Your Screen Time usage, app selections and rules stay on your iPhone. Apple and RevenueCat handle purchases and subscriptions. Bouncer sends a limited set of anonymous operational events and crash diagnostics. PAID ACCESS Bouncer requires a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Available offers and pricing are shown in the app before you make a purchase. Your brain, your rules.
