Stroll turns your steps into screen time. Stroll is a step counter and gentle app blocker built around one simple loop: walk more, earn screen time, and use distracting apps with more intention. If you want to reduce screen time without quitting everything at once, Stroll gives you a calmer way to change the habit. Move your body, earn app time, and pause before another scroll. Set a daily walking target, choose how many steps unlock a minute, and pick the apps or categories you want to slow down. As you walk, Stroll turns your steps into earned time. When your earned time runs out, Stroll helps pause your chosen apps or categories. That small pause gives you a moment to step away instead of falling into another scroll. Why Stroll: • Turn daily steps into earned screen time • Use a step counter built for digital wellness • Reduce doomscrolling without harsh blocking • Build healthier phone habits with a calm pause • Choose the apps or categories you want to slow down • Track your walking target and step progress • See earned time and used time clearly • Walk to unlock screen time more intentionally • Compare steps on optional global and country leaderboards • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly rankings • Share your rank with friends • Use a clean, lightweight app with no ads How it works: 1. Set your daily walking target 2. Choose how steps earn screen time 3. Pick apps or categories to slow down 4. Walk to earn time 5. Use earned time more intentionally 6. Optionally join the leaderboard for extra motivation Optional Social leaderboards: Want a little extra motivation? Join the Social leaderboard to compare eligible step totals with walkers around the world or in your country. See where you rank today, this week, or this month. You can also share your rank with friends and browse other country leaderboards. Joining is completely optional. Sign in with Apple or Google, confirm your display name and country, and choose whether to participate. You can leave the leaderboard or delete your account at any time. All core Stroll features remain available without signing in. Stroll is for people who want to move more, scroll less, reduce screen time, and build better digital wellness habits without going cold turkey. Privacy-first permissions: Stroll uses Apple Health to read step totals when you allow access. This lets Stroll calculate earned screen time from your walking activity. Stroll uses Apple Screen Time permissions so you can choose apps or categories to pause. Apple keeps Screen Time details private, so Stroll does not see your screen content, messages, or the individual apps inside a selected category. If you choose to join the leaderboard, your display name, optional profile photo, country, eligible step totals, and rank are visible to other leaderboard members. Stroll does not upload your routes, precise location, workouts, heart data, complete Health record, or selected Screen Time apps and categories. All information is handled according to our privacy policy. Support: For feedback or support, contact stepvibecontact@gmail.com Scroll less. Stroll more.

Lock the apps you overuse until you've walked your steps. HOW TO USE STEPGATE: 1) Pick the apps you want locked 2) Set your daily step goal 3) Walk. Hit the goal and they open* A real lock on the apps you doomscroll — it lifts when you hit your steps. Your screen time is earned, not assumed. Not a reminder you can swipe away. StepGate uses Apple's Screen Time to block them for real — a digital detox that costs a walk instead of willpower. Your steps come from Apple Health, so the pedometer is already running. There's no account and no sign-up, and because you pick your apps in Apple's own picker, StepGate never sees which ones you chose. Rest days, active hours and a pause switch are built in. Rigid systems get deleted. Questions or ideas: https://stepgate-omega.vercel.app/support NOTE: StepGate is a habit tool, not medical or fitness advice. Steps are read from Apple Health and Motion & Fitness (read-only). App blocking uses Apple's Family Controls framework with individual authorization — you managing yourself. Requires iOS 17 or later. *STEPGATE PLUS IS REQUIRED TO GATE APPS. Already using StepGate before Plus existed? It stays free for you.
