Stroll turns your steps into screen time. Stroll is a step counter and gentle app blocker built around one simple loop: walk more, earn screen time, and use distracting apps with more intention. If you want to reduce screen time without quitting everything at once, Stroll gives you a calmer way to change the habit. Move your body, earn app time, and pause before another scroll. Set a daily walking target, choose how many steps unlock a minute, and pick the apps or categories you want to slow down. As you walk, Stroll turns your steps into earned time. When your earned time runs out, Stroll helps pause your chosen apps or categories. That small pause gives you a moment to step away instead of falling into another scroll. Why Stroll: • Turn daily steps into earned screen time • Use a step counter built for digital wellness • Reduce doomscrolling without harsh blocking • Build healthier phone habits with a calm pause • Choose the apps or categories you want to slow down • Track your walking target and step progress • See earned time and used time clearly • Walk to unlock screen time more intentionally • Compare steps on optional global and country leaderboards • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly rankings • Share your rank with friends • Use a clean, lightweight app with no ads How it works: 1. Set your daily walking target 2. Choose how steps earn screen time 3. Pick apps or categories to slow down 4. Walk to earn time 5. Use earned time more intentionally 6. Optionally join the leaderboard for extra motivation Optional Social leaderboards: Want a little extra motivation? Join the Social leaderboard to compare eligible step totals with walkers around the world or in your country. See where you rank today, this week, or this month. You can also share your rank with friends and browse other country leaderboards. Joining is completely optional. Sign in with Apple or Google, confirm your display name and country, and choose whether to participate. You can leave the leaderboard or delete your account at any time. All core Stroll features remain available without signing in. Stroll is for people who want to move more, scroll less, reduce screen time, and build better digital wellness habits without going cold turkey. Privacy-first permissions: Stroll uses Apple Health to read step totals when you allow access. This lets Stroll calculate earned screen time from your walking activity. Stroll uses Apple Screen Time permissions so you can choose apps or categories to pause. Apple keeps Screen Time details private, so Stroll does not see your screen content, messages, or the individual apps inside a selected category. If you choose to join the leaderboard, your display name, optional profile photo, country, eligible step totals, and rank are visible to other leaderboard members. Stroll does not upload your routes, precise location, workouts, heart data, complete Health record, or selected Screen Time apps and categories. All information is handled according to our privacy policy. Support: For feedback or support, contact stepvibecontact@gmail.com Scroll less. Stroll more.

About

Interrupt

Manifestation doesn’t fail during your morning meditation. It fails during your 2:15 PM autopilot reaction. You can visualize your highest self, journal your intentions, and practice breathwork for 15 minutes every morning. But your brain does not change through passive wishing—it changes through physical neuroplasticity. The remaining 15.5 waking hours of your day are run by your subconscious Default Mode Network (DMN). Every time an unexpected confrontation, frustrating email, sudden setback, or comparison loop strikes, old neural conditioning fires automatically. If you react from old habits, your brain physically strengthens those exact pathways. You spend the entire day embodying your past self, nullifying your morning intentions. Interrupt is the tactile instrument engineered to close the manifestation gap. In just 3 conscious seconds, catch reactive autopilot in the split-second before it speaks, choose your sovereign persona response, and watch your neuroplastic rewiring take physical form in an interactive 3D brain mesh and living Zen sanctuary. THE NEUROSCIENCE OF REAL-TIME REWIRING Donald Hebb’s foundational law of neuroplasticity states: "Neurons that fire together, wire together." To manifest a new reality, you must break the conditioned loop at the exact moment of friction. Interrupt provides the physical pause that stops old pathways from firing and anchors your new identity into muscle memory. HOW IT WORKS 1. NOTICE THE SPLIT-SECOND FORK: An everyday trigger appears—a setback, opportunity, confrontation, comparison, or wandering distraction. 2. THE 3-SECOND CATCH: Press your iPhone Action Button, tap your Lock Screen complication, or touch the app. The physical action halts autopilot conditioning. 3. EMBODY YOUR CHOSEN PERSONA: Pivot from the old reactive story to your conscious declaration (e.g., "I respond from centered stillness"). 4. REWIRE SPATIALLY: Watch synaptic pathways illuminate in a real-time 3D brain point-cloud and nurture your living Zen sanctuary. KEY FEATURES • 3-SECOND REFLEX CATCH Frictionless micro-logging. No lengthy journaling required when you are in the middle of your day. Catch subconscious impulses in real time before autopilot takes over. • 3D NEURAL CONSTELLATION MAP Witness your neuroplasticity live. Powered by SceneKit, every conscious pause physically anchors and illuminates synaptic clusters within your Prefrontal Cortex and Conscious Observer hubs. Take orbital cinematic tours through your evolving neural architecture. • LIVING ZEN SANCTUARY & DIURNAL SKY A generative SpriteKit world that physically mirrors your inner state. Watch the camp hearth ignite with presence, the windswept bonsai pine grow resiliently against mountain winds, and true astronomical moon phases illuminate your landscape. • PERSONA & IDENTITY ARCHITECTURE Declare who you choose to be. Define your active persona, anchor target traits, and track your lived alignment through every daily friction point. • 30-DAY SCRUBBER & SUBCONSCIOUS ANALYTICS Travel through time with the interactive journey scrubber. Watch time-lapses of your neural growth, track synaptic density, and witness your transformation day by day. • HARDWARE INTEGRATION & WIDGETS Map Interrupt directly to the iPhone Action Button for instant 1-second pause capture. Glance at minimal Lock Screen complications and ambient Home Screen widgets. • BIOMETRIC SHIELD & 100% PRIVATE Your inner thoughts and identity reflections are sovereign. Zero third-party cloud tracking, zero accounts, zero analytics telemetry. All data is persisted locally on your device, protected by optional FaceID / TouchID biometric security.
