Navigate menopause with clarity, not confusion. Menopause Compass is the first decision-support app that helps you track your symptoms, understand your body, and weigh the real pros and cons of estrogen therapyβ€”based on your personal health data. Why guess when you can know? Β· Track 40+ symptoms – Hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings, sleep disturbances, joint pain, and more. Log daily severity in under 30 seconds. Β· Get your personalized Estrogen Balance Sheet – A visual, evidence-based summary showing your potential benefits vs. risks, with clinical guidelines baked in. See what applies to you. Β· AI-powered correlations – Discover what actually triggers your symptoms. "Your hot flashes peak 2 hours after caffeine" or "Sleep quality improves 40% on days you walk 20+ minutes." Β· Connect your health history – Periods, hormone tests (FSH/E3G), HRT use, supplements, family history, and uterus status. All in one place. Β· Lifestyle toolkit – Curated CBT exercises, nutrition tips, and pelvic floor training based on your top symptoms. Small changes, big impact. Β· Shareable Doctor's Report – Generate a 1-page PDF to walk into your gynecologist appointment with confidence. No more forgetting what to ask. Estrogen therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether you're considering HRT, exploring alternatives, or just starting perimenopause, Menopause Compass gives you the clarity to have informed, empowered conversations with your healthcare provider. Privacy-first. All your data stays on your device. No sharing without your explicit consent. Your health journey is yours alone. What users are saying: "This app changed how I talk to my doctor. I finally felt heard." β€” Sarah, 52 "I had no idea caffeine was triggering my night sweats. Game changer." β€” Maria, 4

About

Orla

Features

Orla keeps your menopause record on your iPhone. No account, no sign-in, nothing to be locked out of. Before an appointment it turns what you logged into one dated PDF: every symptom, every HRT dose, with the dates. 7 days free, then a monthly or yearly plan. Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. A RECORD THAT STAYS YOURS There is no account to make and no password to forget. Everything you log is stored on this iPhone, and you can delete a single entry, or all of it, from Settings. An app update does not ask you to sign in again. LOG WHAT YOU FEEL, WHEN YOU FEEL IT Hot flashes, night sweats, trouble staying asleep, mood changes, brain fog, joint pain, palpitations, vaginal and urinary changes, low libido, skin and hair changes β€” 30+ symptoms in all. Pick the symptom, pick how strong it was, and Orla fills in the time. Even at 2am. EVERY HRT DOSE, WITH ITS DATES Log hormone therapy properly: type, dose and route (patch, gel, spray, tablet and more), plus supplements. When your dose changes, Orla keeps the old one on a dated timeline instead of overwriting it, so the record shows the dose you stopped and the dates it ran, not only what you are on today. That history is exactly what a clinician asks about. PERIODS, OR NO PERIODS Periods in the transition get irregular, skip, or stop β€” and plenty of people are not cycling at all. Orla logs whatever is actually happening without forcing a "cycle" frame on you. In the first questions you can answer "Stopped altogether" or skip the cycle question entirely, and nothing in the app changes. No cycle to log is a first-class experience here, not a broken one. SEE APPLE HEALTH ALONGSIDE YOUR NOTES With your permission, Orla can read wrist temperature, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health and show them next to your own entries. Read-only β€” Orla never writes anything back to Health. THE PDF, IN FULL Pick a date range and Orla builds the document: how many days each symptom was logged and at what severity, your HRT and supplement timeline with every dose and the dates it ran, and every period and spotting entry with its dates and the gaps in between. It is dated, it has your name on it, and you can bring it, print it, or email it ahead. A PLAIN-LANGUAGE LIBRARY 20 short, readable articles on what is happening during the transition and the ways HRT is commonly taken β€” written in plain English, so you walk in informed. NOTHING TO SELL YOU BUT THE APP Orla sells no supplements, runs no clinic and carries no advertising. It gives no advice, no scores and no interpretation β€” it records what you tell it and shows it back to you. No ads, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs touching your health entries. Your data is never sold. β€”β€”β€” Orla is a record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or give medical advice. β€”β€”β€” SUBSCRIPTION Orla is a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial. $9.99/month or $49.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Privacy Policy: https://legal.tjbventures.ai/privacy.html Β· Terms of Use: Apple Standard EULA
