Perimenopause and menopause can be confusing. Some days you feel like yourself. Other days you do not know what your body is doing, or why. Reign helps you make sense of it, in your own words and at your own pace. Everything you log stays on your phone. There is no account to set up and no server holding your data. What you write is yours alone. LOG HOW YOU FEEL, IN SECONDS Tap a symptom to log it. Tap again if it happens more than once. Press and hold to note how strong it was. If a symptom is missing, add your own. If you forget a day, you can fill it in later from the calendar. SEE YOUR PATTERNS Reign shows you which symptoms come up most over the last two weeks, and whether they are easing or building. It keeps your period history too, with the gaps between each cycle, so you can see how things are changing. UNDERSTAND YOUR STAGE A short quiz gives you an honest read on where you might be, from early perimenopause to post-menopause. It is clear about what it can and cannot tell you. No app can predict an exact date, and Reign will not pretend to. KEEP TRACK OF HRT AND MEDICATION Add what you take and log each dose with a tap. Reign shows you how you have felt since you started, so you have something real to look at when you are deciding whether it helps. TAKE IT TO YOUR GP Turn your history into a clear summary for your appointment. It is your record, set out simply, so you do not have to remember everything on the spot. YOURS TO KEEP Your data lives on your phone. Export it to a file whenever you want, move it to a new phone, or delete all of it. There is no copy anywhere else, because there is nowhere else. Reign records and informs. It does not diagnose, predict, or tell you what to take. You know your body. Reign just helps you see it clearly.

About

Steady

Features

Steady is a symptom and trigger diary for people living with one or more chronic conditions — the kind where symptoms move for no obvious reason, and the appointment is fifteen minutes long. Half a minute a day. Score how you felt, tick what happened. After a few weeks there is enough in the record to check whether anything you log lines up with how you feel — and when there is not enough, Steady says so plainly instead of inventing an answer. WHY THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT It is easy to build a tracker that announces your top trigger after a week. It is also easy for that answer to be water, because you drink it every day and there was nothing to compare against. Steady will not do that. Before it compares anything it needs at least ten days where a factor was present and ten days where it was not. It checks same day, next day and two days later separately, and corrects every comparison together, so that testing many things does not manufacture a result by luck. Until a pattern clears that bar, the Patterns screen shows you how close each one is and nothing more. WHAT YOU CAN RECORD • Any symptoms you choose, 0 to 10, named in your own words — pain, fatigue, brain fog, headache, nausea, dizziness • Factors — food, sleep, weather, stress, anything you want to test • Flares: a spike at noon that eased by evening, kept as its own event • Medications with reminders, including weekly, every-other-week and on/off cycle schedules • Period days, if you turn cycle tracking on • Sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and steps from Apple Health, if you allow it (read only) • A note for whatever the numbers do not capture • Days you missed. You can fill them in later, and gaps stay gaps — nothing is smoothed over FOR THE APPOINTMENT The doctor's report is one page: how each symptom ran over the period, how closely you kept to your medication, and any association that held up — with the method stated, so a clinician can judge it rather than take it on trust. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER There is nothing to sign up for. Your record is on this iPhone and nowhere else — not on our servers, because there are none. Save a backup whenever you like; the file is yours to keep and yours to move. BOUGHT ONCE, NOT RENTED Everything you record is free and stays free: every score, the calendar, the charts at any range, reminders, backups and CSV export. Pro is a single one-time purchase — no subscription, and no trial to forget to cancel. It unlocks the full analysis and the doctor's report. The strongest pattern in your record is free as well. COMING FROM ANOTHER TRACKER Export a CSV and bring it with you. Steady shows you every symptom and factor it found in the file and asks what each one is before writing anything, and importing only adds — nothing already in Steady is overwritten. Two years of history is two years the analysis can start from. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文 and 繁體中文. Steady follows your iPhone's language, and you can pick another one just for Steady in iOS Settings. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Steady describes what is in your own record. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not tell you what to do about what it finds. A pattern is a question worth asking your clinician, not an answer. Never start, stop or change a medication because of something the app shows you.
