Perith is a menopause and perimenopause tracker for women who are tired of rebuilding weeks from memory. Log a hot flash in one tap, keep sleep, mood and treatments in one calm record, and walk into your next appointment prepared. LOG IN SECONDS - One-tap hot flash and night sweat logging - A quick daily check-in for heat, sleep, mood and function - Brain fog, anxiety, joint pain, palpitations, low libido and cycle changes - Notes for the details you would otherwise forget WALK INTO YOUR APPOINTMENT PREPARED Perith organizes your entries into a clear view of how often symptoms happened, how they affected your day and which treatments were involved, so the conversation starts from your record instead of a rushed recap. SEE WHAT KEEPS COMING BACK Compare heat, sleep and daily function over time and spot the possible triggers worth mentioning: caffeine, alcohol, late meals, stress. FIND OUT WHAT ACTUALLY HELPS Track HRT (pill, patch, gel or cream), a supplement or a routine change as an experiment. Mark taken or missed days and see what shifted after you started. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account required. Your log is stored on your iPhone. Perith does not sell your information or use it for advertising. Read our Privacy Policy for details. BUILT FOR THE TRANSITION Perith is not a fertility tracker, pregnancy app or period-prediction tool. It does not diagnose or recommend treatment. It helps you keep an honest record to discuss with your clinician. PERITH PLUS Free to start: daily logging, 14-day patterns and one active experiment. About

Mirelya

Mirelya is the private journal for your menopause. Two minutes a day to log hot flashes, sleep, mood and symptoms - and finally see what’s really going on. • “I’m having one” button: log a hot flash in one tap, from the widget, Control Center, the Action button, or by saying “Siri, hot flash in Mirelya” • Your daily flower: each petal is a symptom, each ember a hot flash – your month becomes a garden • Guided breathing to help the wave pass • Your nights with Apple Watch: Mirelya reads your sleep from Health, shows when your nights were broken (and whether your heart was racing), and lets you log night sweats in one tap • Prepare for your appointments: note your questions as they come (even with Siri), get a reminder two days before with a summary since your last visit, then note what was decided to follow its effect • Mild, moderate or severe hot flashes, on the scale used in clinical trials: your doctor reads the measures they know • A count of days without a period (the 12-month milestone), and a flag for bleeding worth mentioning to your doctor • 100% private: no account, no server, your journal never leaves your iPhone, Face ID lock, CSV export Mirelya Plus: is your treatment working? Mark the start of HRT, a dose change or cutting out coffee, and Mirelya compares the 4 weeks before with the weeks after, week by week – a result to show your doctor. Describe your day and Mirelya fills in the journal, ask your journal questions in plain language (Apple’s on-device AI, 100% on your iPhone), correlations (alcohol, stress, caffeine…), when your hot flashes happen, 30/90-day trends, a summary written on your iPhone by Apple’s on-device intelligence, and a PDF report to bring to your doctor. Works with iOS 18 and later. “Ask your journal” and the summary written by Apple’s on-device intelligence require iOS 26 and an iPhone or iPad that supports Apple Intelligence; on other devices, the summary is offered in a simpler form. Mirelya is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice.
