Hormones don't run on a schedule β so why do period apps pretend they do? Ebb is a symptom and cycle tracker for the hormonal stages other apps skip: PCOS, postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause. Log how today felt, mark the days that matter, track HRT or other doses, and see an honest RANGE for your cycle instead of a fake-precise date that falls apart the moment your body doesn't cooperate. Irregularity is normal here. It's not a bug in your body, and it's not a bug in the app. WHO EBB IS FOR β’ PCOS β irregular cycles, fatigue, mood and sleep, logged alongside your own triggers so you can see which ones come up most. β’ Postpartum β night sweats, sleep, mood and the return of your cycle, in the months when nobody is measuring anything. β’ Perimenopause & menopause β hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, joint pain, plus HRT reminders with application-site rotation. β’ Not sure yet β that is a valid answer. Start logging; the pattern names itself. WHY EBB β’ Honest ranges, not false predictions. Other apps silently push your "due date" forward when you don't log a period, or just give up and hide the prediction entirely. Ebb shows a range based on the cycles you log and explains why it's a range. β’ HRT reminders that fit how you take it. Set a schedule for a patch, gel, oral tablet, cream, injection, pessary or hormonal coil, get a reminder when the next dose is due, and follow a suggested application-site rotation. Tap Taken and the dose is added to your history. β’ See your own pattern. After three days of logging, Trends shows your most frequent symptom and how the last 7 days have been trending β free. Ebb Pro adds your full history, your HRT doses listed next to your symptom trend, and a count of the triggers you log most often (caffeine, alcohol, stress, poor sleep). β’ A doctor visit report (Pro). Generate a PDF summary of your average symptom scores, logged HRT doses and notes β built for the appointment that's never long enough. β’ Home & Lock Screen widgets and an Apple Watch complication for your next dose β free. β’ No account, no ads. Your log is stored on your device β Ebb keeps no copy on a server. Nearly 40% of women say they were misdiagnosed while seeking care for perimenopause β often treated for anxiety or depression instead of investigated for the hormonal cause. For a third of women with PCOS, a diagnosis takes more than two years and three or more doctors. Bring real data to your next appointment. Free: daily logging, your cycle range, one HRT schedule with reminders, widgets and your first pattern in Trends. Ebb Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual) that adds your full history, your HRT dose list alongside your symptom trend, the trigger breakdown, the doctor visit PDF and unlimited HRT schedules. Where a free trial is offered, the length and the price that follows are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Account Settings. Persistent pain does not always mean structural damage. Sometimes pain can continue because the nervous system has learned to produce it, a mechanism described in modern pain science, with recognisable patterns in how pain behaves from day to day. Thala looks for those patterns in your own data. WHAT IT ANALYSES You log for about a minute a day. For each pain you're tracking, you record how bad it got, how mild it got, roughly when it peaked, and what it felt like. You also record how you slept, how you felt using a simple feeling wheel, and anything stressful that happened. Thala reads that history back and shows you which recognised indicators actually appear in your data: β’ Pain that moves between locations or spreads β’ Wide variation from one day to the next β’ Pain-free and low-pain stretches β’ Links between your emotional state and pain level β’ Times of day that are consistently worse or better β’ How your pain peaks and lowest points change over time Every finding shows the days it is based on, so you can check the evidence yourself. And an absent finding is a result too β if these patterns aren't in your data, Thala says so rather than reaching. This is analysis of your diary. It is not a diagnosis, and it cannot tell you what is causing your pain β only what your own record does and does not show. GENERAL ANALYSIS Alongside that, you get charts over any timeframe, a scrollable history, per-pain breakdowns, and trends in your peaks, lowest points and flare-ups. Track several pains at once and compare them. Stop tracking one without losing its history. BUILT TO BE READ BACK Appointments are short and memory is unreliable. Thala turns months of daily entries into something you can actually show someone: your charts, history, and findings with the evidence behind them. YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS β’ No adverts, no data sold, and nothing shared with insurers or employers β’ Your entries are never sent to our analytics or crash-reporting tools β’ Delete your account from inside the app and everything goes with it, permanently β’ Free to use A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Thala is a diary and general wellness tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat anything, and nothing in it is medical advice. A pattern is not a cause β it may be a coincidence, and it may be wrong. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your symptoms, and never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read here. If you are having a medical emergency, or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line now. You must be 16 or over to create an account.
