Thoughts do not always arrive as finished text. Sometimes you want to say a message better, capture an idea, or put an important task on your schedule. Mellow is an AI writing and capture assistant built around voice and text. You explicitly choose Rewrite, Quick Note, or Arrange. Mellow never guesses the mode, sends a message, or writes to your calendar automatically. THREE WAYS TO USE MELLOW ‱ Rewrite: preserve your intent while making a message clearer and more considerate for the audience you choose ‱ Quick Note: faithfully turn spontaneous ideas and observations into a readable title and natural paragraphs ‱ Arrange: extract the task, relative time, place, and things to bring into a draft card, then decide whether to add it to Calendar, Reminders, or an alarm KEY FEATURES ‱ Voice or text input: choose hold-to-talk or tap-to-start/stop, or stay entirely in text ‱ Scene templates: control audience, tone, and writing guidelines, or create your own scene ‱ Knowledge Base: save specialist terms, names, and common variants for consistent use in speech recognition, Rewrite, Quick Note, and Arrange; optionally sync them across signed-in Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices ‱ Share extension: send selected text to Mellow from the system Share menu ‱ Saving and connectors: use the system share sheet for Apple Notes, or sign in and explicitly save a selected Quick Note to Notion ‱ Local records: Rewrite, Quick Note, and Arrange records stay on your device and can be deleted or disabled YOU STAY IN CONTROL Mellow never sends messages or creates schedules on its own. Every AI-generated result is labeled and shown to you first, so you can review, edit, copy, share, or save it. PRIVACY Mellow does not upload or store microphone audio. Only text and necessary context you explicitly submit to Rewrite, Quick Note, or Arrange is sent to Mellow Cloud. Knowledge Base entries stay local by default and can sync with your account when enabled. Connecting Notion sends no note by itself; Mellow sends a title and body only after you explicitly save that note. Mellow helps you put down what you want to say, what you just thought of, and what you need to do.
