RunWalkTimer helps you stick to run/walk intervals on race day—on iPhone or Apple Watch. Set your plan (for example 3:00 run / 0:30 walk), tap Start, and follow a large countdown that clearly shows Run or Walk. At every change you can get haptics, audio, or spoken “Run” / “Walk” prompts—so you stay on pace without staring at the screen. Race your way • Full timer on iPhone — Start, Skip, and Stop with a big, glanceable countdown • Full timer on Apple Watch — built for the wrist, including Always On • Phone and Watch sessions run independently — use whichever device fits the workout • Watch works standalone — leave the phone behind if you want Stay on plan • Always starts on Run, then alternates with Walk • Strong haptics for noisy races • Optional audio (respects Silent Mode) • Optional spoken prompts: hear “Run” or “Walk” at each transition • Skip to the next interval or end the workout anytime (with confirmation) Set it up in seconds • Ready-made presets (including 3:00/0:30, 2:00/0:30, 1:30/0:30, 1:00/0:30) • Custom Run and Walk times • Manage presets on iPhone and sync settings to Apple Watch • Edit intervals on Watch with the Digital Crown when you’re idle Built for real races • Color-coded Run (green) and Walk (orange) • HealthKit indoor running workout support so timing stays reliable • Apple Watch complication for one-tap access Simple. Focused. No subscriptions—just a clear run/walk timer when you need it.

Cadence is a run/walk interval timer that tells you when to switch, so you can put your phone in your pocket and just move. Set your run time, your walk time, and how many times to repeat. Add a warm up and a cool down if you want them. Press start. Cadence counts you down into every change with a rising or falling tone, then says the new phase out loud, so you never need to look at the screen. BUILT FOR POCKETS Cues keep playing with the screen locked and the phone away. The countdown runs on real elapsed time, so a 45-minute workout ends when it should — not a minute late because your phone was busy. LOCK SCREEN CONTROLS A Live Activity shows the current interval and a ticking countdown on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. Pause, skip ahead, or finish without unlocking. WORKOUTS TO START FROM A Discover tab with ready-made sessions, from gentle first outings to longer endurance work, plus three multi-week plans that check each session off as you finish it. MAKE IT YOURS - Save any workout as a preset and reload it with one tap - Chain several interval blocks into one session - Add an interval mid-workout when you feel good, or finish early when you don't - A spoken message of your choosing when the workout ends - Full history of what you actually did, not what you planned - Share a summary card of any workout PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign-up. No ads. No analytics, no trackers, no network calls at all. Your presets and history live on your phone and nowhere else.
